Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub in einem schönen Hotel mit ausgewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage, sodaß man fussläufig die Altstadt und alle weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden kann. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und schöne Zimmer. Wir durften zur Promenade hin schlafen und die grüne Wand vor unserem Fenster haben wir genossen. Nachts konnten wir das Fenster geöffnet lassen.
Was wir besonders hervor heben möchten, ist die Freundlichkeit und Zugewandtheit des Personals. Besonders beim Frühstück waren Emanuel und seine Kollegen sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und haben uns wirklich jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Glücklich das Haus, das mit seiner Mannschaft so ein Glück hat. Die Küche haben wir leider nicht genutzt, aber das Frühstück war sehr gut. Bedanken möchten wir uns bei Herrn Engelhardt, der es ermöglicht hat, unseren Aufenthalt zu verschieben.

Toller kurzer Aufenthalt im Mauritzhof!
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage wirklich klasse!
Wir haben im Mauritzhof einen Zwischenstopp auf unserer Heimreise eingelegt und daher nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen. Jedoch war das Bett sehr groß und bequem, das Zimmer und Hotel sauber und für uns fußläufig alles erreichbar!

Cons:

Für uns nur zwei kleine Mankos:
Wir empfanden den Preis für das Frühstück als etwas happig (38€ pro Person wenn ich mich recht entsinne). Daher haben wir verzichtet.
Des Weiteren hat uns der Herr am Empfang nicht mitgeteilt, das auf meiner Kreditkarte zunächst 50€ zusätzlich als Art Pfand/Kaution hinterlegt werden. Dies ist mir erst bei der Abbuchung in meiner App aufgefallen. Auf nachträgliche Rückfrage später am Tag wurde uns dies erst erklärt. Eine vorherige Kommunikation wäre hier gut gewesen.

Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Great location, modern hotel with good facilities. Nice terrace for drinks. Friendly staff. Very accommodating for our two dogs
