Horrible hotel i have seen in life.
1) No hot water either night or morning and i keep asking staff finally they gave someother room to have shower
2) life is not working - reception guy need to switch off completely and start again
3) no welcome water
4) horrible smell in open area
5) no staff to help
6) ugly bathrooms felt yak to use
Better to demolish this hotel ...i will ask expedia to refund

The Hotel (3 star) was shut down even after bookings and payments were made. Pathetic situation after reaching at 11 PM, entry was denied. Please do not entertain bookings if the hotels are shut. Alternate accommodation provided after much persuasion in a dingy room. No facilities at hotel. It is advised to not to book hotel stay from Hotels.com as all claims of low price and pleasant stay are fraudulent. The amount paid was non-refundable and it stated 'not required to give a call as bookings are confirmed' whereas on the contrary the hotel was shut down.
It was okay experience. Hotel should focus more on room cleaning. Bugs and cockroaches found in the room.
