Close proximity to everything.

The staff are really nice , and they also really clean , when we leave our property for them , they make it really clean and nice , also they are honest, they don’t touch anything. It worth the price at the end .

Great clean place to stay,easy to commute, outstanding customer services. Very polite staffs , they did their best to accommodate us during our stay. We Thank you guys.

Rooms very dirty elevator does not work , we could mot stay there , left immediately snd found another hotel, rooms are not what the pictures say , it looks like those pictures are from when the hotel was oprned years ago, but it is unlivable

Schon wieder eine böse Überraschung von Expedia! Eine Kaufbestätigung kam per Mail, wo die Adresse des Hotels komplett falsch war. Das ist ganz anderes Gebäude im anderer Stadtteil. Verarsche! Auf Anfrage ob es noch oben welche Zimmer gibt wurde uns geantwortet, dass alles ausgebucht ist. Wobei beim Frühstück haben wir nur 2 bis maximal 6 Personen täglich gesehen. In meinem Leben (wohl bemerkt, ich reise sehr oft) habe ich noch nie so eine blöde Ausstattung gesehen. Der Spiegelschrank wurde auf solche Höhe gehängt, dass ich nur meine Augen sehen konnte und zwar nur wenn ich mich auf Zehenspitzen stellte. Als Kontaktlinsenträgerin fand ich das absolut inakzeptabel. Sich zu schminken wäre auch ein großes Problem, Gott sei Dank hatte ich dabei meinen eingenen Spiegel in meinem Gepäck. Aus dem Waschbecken stinkt nach Abflusswasser. Es gab im Bad nicht mal einen Häkchen, wo man das Badetuch aufhängen kann. Wir haben 4 Tage gebucht und keiner hat kein einziges Mal das Zimmer aufgeräumt oder neue Tücher gebracht. Der TV hat auch nicht funktioniert, dies haben wir bei der Rezeption gemeldet, allerdings ist keiner gekommen um nachzuschauen. Das Personal ist freundlich, besonderen Lob verdient das Personal im Restaurant, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den kleinen Couchtisch aus Glas haben wir gehasst, weil wir ständig mit dem Bein hängen geblieben sind beim Vorbeilaufen. Die Duscharmatur im Bad ist verkalkt und halbkaputt. Die Duschtür hat gefehlt. 😕

It was in booking detail that they offer free parking but it was not, we paid for parking for all the stay and it was 50 Lira per night.

Under shaves hair was in bathrooms, discusting😡

Hair dryer was not working
We asked for iron but they said every time that we will bring to you but never comes.

Traffic noises were there all the night.

Nice building but suites not clean and roches everywhere in the room

Not clean, bad with communication

very poor place to stay in. Its an apartment but very poorly equipped. Very dated kitchen which had only old dirty bowl, a couple of plates and a hole in the worktop(presumably where the cooking hob is supposed to be). Overall not recommended.. however it’s fair yo say you get what you pay for!

Üçüncü kat 13 numaralı odada yaptığım konaklamadan çok memnunum. Temiz bir odaydı. Ocak yoktu onun dışında eksik bir şeyle karşılaşmadım. Banyoda akan suyun aşırı sıcak ve aşırı soguk dışında başka ayarı olmaması dışında oldukça güzel bir deneyimdi
