A lot noise due to other guests bad experience but another things was good

They sued to have complimentary breakfast in the restaurant downstairs but that closed and now there isn’t even a real coffee machine. I wish they would have let me know when booking.

I stayed here for 12 nights. When I arrived there was soap scum all over the shower and also garbage in it. The products in the room were never replenished even when asked. One day the room was not cleaned and I was told that the cleaners just didn’t show up. Another night there was a fire alarm on for over an hour. The windows sounded like they were open when they were closed and it was very difficult to sleep with all the noise on the street. There were renovations both inside the hotel and across the street which started very early in the morning. The front desk staff were nice but the manager laughed at me when I asked for compensation for all of the issues that I had. Would not recommend staying here!

Very kind staff.
Windows could use a little upgrade to soundproof the room from outside. Besides that I really loved the decor and design, the room was clean, towels were clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Great staff, very clean and nice hotel. Stayed here for a week and it was a great accommodation.

Staff was so horrible, only shadowed by the horrible room. Dirty. Lack basic amenities like soap. Shower was extremely dirty. and the noise from the street kept us up until 4am. 0 stars. Would not recommend

The bad things:
The hotel is in a poor maintenance condition.
The air conditioning was very noisy and out of our order part of the time of my stay.
One day out of the two of my stay there where no hot water in the shower caused by a fault in the hotel pipes, apparently that was for all rooms. It was fixed only in the evening.
For the good things:
The location of the hotel is perfect. The best in Tel-Aviv.
The guy at the reception, named Ran, was very nice, welcoming and helpful.
The price of that hotel is quite low in comparison to other hotels in that area.

Location is sensational - one of my fav parts of tel Aviv. Lobby area kinda cool too.

My main issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work in my room and every time I asked the staff they were like ‘oh we’re looking at it. This isn’t correct.’ In short, I didn’t have sufficient wifi during my stay.

Construction work in the area was also very loud in the mornings.

No hot water, construction, staffing issues

Even though the property had some ongoing renovation, it didn’t hinder my stay.
I had good conversation with staff to pass time.

L’hôtel normalement ouvert 24/24 était fermé à mon arrivée tardive la première nuit . Mon avion ayant atterri après 23:00, je suis sorti de l’aéroport après 00:00. Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’était pas opérationnel, car en travaux. Selon les informations fournies par l’hôtel, les voyageurs non résidents ne sont pas soumis à la taxe. Or, j’ai été imposé de cette taxe, réglée en espèces et sans facture, alors que je suis non résident.je n’étais pas le seul à subir ces désagréments, car un autre voyageur , dans la même situation que moi, était déjà devant l’hôtel, sans pouvoir contacter le personnel de cet hotel
