Pros:

Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal de recepción. Te dejan guardar las valijas antes del check-in y después del check-out sin costos.
La habitación era cómoda, estaba bien insonorizada y la limpiaban todos los días.
El desayuno era simple pero estaba bien.

Warm welcome, great location within walking distance to Times Square and Broadway.
Pros:

I had a warm welcome by Carlos which really made me feel welcome. Breakfast was not included however, they offered hot beverages and croissants and bagels to all guests.
Good location, within walking distance to Times Square and Broadway.
Highly Recommended.

Nothing to complain about.

Nice place, nice people. Room was pretty tight on space.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it was the least expensive available for my dates close to the Union League Club where I was planning to attend a meeting. The staff were very friendly, the room had nice finishes, was very comfortable and had cute touches like a lavendar pouch next to the pillows and Lindt truffles/apples/wate/coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the room was only slightly larger than the bed. While this is pretty common in European hotels and boutiques in New York, it still always surprises me. I guess it encourages you to get out and see the city, but if you had to do work, or take a call in your room, I am not sure where you would do it.
