Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Amazing location to visit NYC. Walking distance to the subway.
Rooms are on the smaller side but this is what you get in Manhattan. Although really well laid out with plenty of storage and space to put away suitcases.
All members of the staff were so nice and helpful, always happy to accommodate!
There was a complimentary ‘first come, first served’ breakfast which we didn’t expect, which was very generous - a great surprise!
Also unlimited hot drinks machine at your disposal.
Would recommend 100% to anyone.

Un voyage embellit par un hôtel de très haute qualité
Pros:

L’emplacement était incroyable, la qualité des services au top, un personnel des plus accueillant, des extras sans surcoût qui font la différence (croissants, café et fruits), un hôtel très propre et un service de ménage que l’on aimerait retrouver dans tous les hôtels.

Wonderful winter stay
Pros:

Staff were super friendly, the room was comfortable and the shower was lovely. Location was really convenient for seeing the sights and getting around the city.

Cons:

We found the window area to be wet most mornings from condensation, with a plug on the wall underneath the windowsill so that could be dangerous. We were there at a particularly cold time though. The room was smaller than it looked in photos but still very nice.
