The location was superb! Super friendly staff.
I was woken up periodically throughout the night due to some type of mechanical buzzing (not sure if it was the elevator or what). It was very disruptive and I didn’t get a restful nights sleep, and neither did my mom. Which was disappointing considering how comfortable the bed was and I read online there was sound proof windows in this hotel. Also my soda from the mini fridge was expired
Świetna lokalizacja, blisko Grand Central, więc dobry dostęp do kilku linii metra. Maleńkie pokoje, ale w sumie wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba. Nie ma śniadań, ale jest darmowa kawa i bajgle, dookoła hotelu jest mnóstwo miejsc, gdzie można zjeść dobre śniadania. Idealne miejsce dla kogoś, kto przyjechał zwiedzać NY i traktuje hotel głównie jako miejsce do spania.
W pokoju brak biurka i jakiegoś większego stolika, na którym można by było rozłożyć laptop. Brak szafy. Gdyby ktoś przyjechał z dwoma dużymi walizkami miałby problem, żeby je zmieścić w pokoju i wygodnie wyjmować z nich rzeczy.

Quarto um pouco pequenoo, com pia dentro do quarto. Funcionária do check in a noite não foi muito simpática, mas os que estavam pela manhã eram otimos e compensaram a primeira ma impressão.

The shower made the whole bathroom floor wet. The AC made a lot of noise had a hard time sleeping at night

Great location, very nice staff trying to make sure we are happy! The aircon was very loud in our room so they were happy to change the room. It was still abit loud but definitely better than in the firsr room!
