Pros:

Todo, muy bien ubicado, cama muy cómoda, personal con muy buen trato.

Cons:

Me gustó todo, no obstante por poner algún pero, la habitación un poco pequeña y el desayuno que ponen de cortesía un poco escaso.

Zu empfehlen und wir würden es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Ein kleines, sympathisches Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Lage toll und schnell in der Nähe vom Bryant Park, Central Station, Time Square etc. Frühstück gab es Croissant/Bagels und Kaffee/ Milch und Frucht alles gratis (solange Vorrat) wenn man wollte.
Würde Hotel wieder buchen. Waren im 19. Stock mit toller Aussicht, haben Superior Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht.

Cons:

Eher kleine Zimmer aber alles gut verstaubar mit Bettschublade und Koffer unter Bett.

Estancia de diez.
Pros:

Hotel céntrico, limpio y moderno. Cama muy cómoda, a diez minutos andando de Times Square y con desayuno incluido. El servicio excelente, muy amables y profesionales. Sin duda muy recomendable para visitar NY.

Hotel excelente súper recomendado!
Pros:

La atención de Carlos es espectacular!! Y de todo el staff en mi estancia, volvería a hospedarme allí, el aseo 10/10 la zona es súper estratégica, queda cerca de todo, un poco costoso el precio por noche en las fechas en las que viaje pero es una opción segura y confiable

La verdad todo estuvo muy bien!

Maravilhosa e perfeita para NY
Pros:

Tive uma experiência excelente no Pestana Park Avenue e recomendo muito a estadia. Um dos grandes destaques, sem dúvida, foi o atendimento da recepção: simplesmente impecável. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, cordial e sempre disposta a ajudar, o que faz toda a diferença ao longo da viagem.

O quarto é pequeno, mas isso é absolutamente comum para os padrões de Nova York. Ainda assim, é muito confortável — a cama é extremamente aconchegante, perfeita para descansar após um dia intenso na cidade. O banheiro também é bom e funcional, atendendo bem às necessidades.

Uma grata surpresa foi o café da manhã simples e gratuito. Havia bagels, croissants, manteiga, café, frutas… tudo básico, mas muito gostoso e mais do que suficiente para começar bem o dia. Foi algo que realmente “salvou” as manhãs e agregou bastante valor à estadia.

A localização é outro ponto fortíssimo: o hotel fica em uma área tranquila, mas ao mesmo tempo muito próxima de tudo. Fácil acesso ao metrô e a diversas atrações, o que torna a logística da viagem muito prática.

No geral, foi uma estadia extremamente agradável, com ótimo custo-benefício. Voltaria com certeza!
