There were sewerage problems with the room upon check-in, which led to another hotel nearby (absolutely terrible one) being offered for the first night.

The breakfast was below average, without variety.

Pros:

Very good value for money choice. Near İstiklal however very quiet. The hotel staff very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The room is exactly like in the picture. People are very polite. I recommend Madame Roza.

Cons:

Breakfast should be better, you get all in one plate, salts and sweets. There should bemore meat products, and maybe more salads. Whole amount of food is enough for me, but for my husband there could be more food.

Pros:

Πολύ καθαρό άνετο δωμάτιο σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο το ξενοδοχείο.
Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο φιλικό κ πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρέτηση.Σιγουρα θα ξαναμεινουμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψη..

Cons:

Το μόνο αρνητικό μύριζε λίγο η αποχέτευση κ το πιστολάκι μαλλιών ήταν ελαττωματικό.

Good place
Pros:

They cleaned the room and even changed the bed linen every day. I was really pleasantly surprised
Is was convenient to have breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. They also had a great waiter working there

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the piano sound in the morning during winter. I think it was a school bell, so I used earplugs

Amazing stay — highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Istanbul and honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the hotel itself had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The entire team was exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to mention Batuhan, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest.
Thanks to the wonderful team, my stay in Istanbul was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and I would absolutely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet (Holzimitat-Stil). Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden, sogar ein Wasseroberfläche und zur Verfügung gestellter Tee und Kaffee. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mich sogar nach Dienstschluss zur Botschaft begleitet, weil ich dort hin musste und nicht genau wusste wo lang ich gehen muss. Sehr sehr nett alle dort. Zu empfehlen sind außerdem die Linsensuppe und die Spinat-Gözleme, die ich heute gegessen habe. Es waren mitunter die besten Gözleme, die ich je gegessen habe und die Linsensuppe war ebenso absolut delikat. Ich war begeistert und bedanke mich für alles...

Pros:

My vacation at Madame Roza was beyond my expectations. All the services were exceptional, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious and very filling every morning, and the service was outstanding. We were also able to check out later, for an additional fee.

I love everything about my stay there, the stuff the location the food that the downstairs café serves, everything was lovely, and especially the stuff there, they were very welcoming, joyful, and VERY helpful with everything, I really recommend it and I will definitely stay there for my next trip to Istanbul
