Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la rue Istiklal. L’hôtel est propre, bien entretenu et on s’y sent en sécurité à tout moment. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour aider ou conseiller. La chambre était confortable et calme malgré la proximité des lieux animés. Je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour à Istanbul.

This hotel exceeded expectations, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Pros:

Wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, very close to a main street. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff were professional and welcoming, making us feel at home. The food was excellent—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

The locations and the welcoming

My experience was extremely disappointing and unlike anything I’ve encountered before.

First, I have serious concerns about the hygiene. Although housekeeping entered the room every day, it often felt untouched — there was visible dust and a strange, unpleasant smell throughout our stay. Even more concerning, the cleaning staff repeatedly moved our personal belongings without permission, including items like a toothbrush. At one point, they even threw away a bouquet of flowers without asking, which is completely unacceptable.

The biggest issue happened on our last night. Up until then, the hospitality had been great — we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff were kind and professional. However, one receptionist (a man with glasses) completely ruined the experience.

A friend of ours came to our room late in the evening because she had trouble returning to her accommodation. The plan was for her to stay for about 30 minutes while we arranged transport. Within just 5 minutes, the receptionist contacted us and told us that more than 3 people were not allowed in the room, and that if she didn’t leave immediately, he would call “assistance.”

When I went down to speak with him, I even offered to pay for an additional room just for that night. He refused, claiming the hotel was fully booked which was clearly not true, as rooms were still available on their website and the hotel itself appeared almost empty.

His attitude was extremely dismissive and lacked any basic understanding or flexibility. He simply said he didn’t care and couldn’t do anything.

It’s a shame because the rest of the staff and the hotel itself were good. This one situation completely ruined the entire stay for us.

Спасибо Динаре и персоналу гостиницы за отличную работу!
Pros:

Гостиница расположена в хорошем месте. Рядом много магазинов и кафе. В номере все есть необходимое, и все чисто. Спасибо Динаре, которая работает в гостинице. Она очень грамотная и заботливая девушка, говорит на русском, турецком и английских языках. Динара постоянно помогает, если надо вам поменять белье или сделать уборку, то все быстро делается. Также Динара помогает с трансфером, организацией экскурсий, рассказывает про город. Благодаря Динаре чувствуешь себя комфортно и на душе становится спокойно.
Спасибо руководству гостиницы и Динаре, что заботятся о своих клиентах. Всем рекомендую остановиться в этой гостинице, если вы будете в Стамбуле.

Quattro giorni di relax e sonni tranquilli
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere mezzi di trasporto e attrazioni. Vicina a Istiklal Caddesi, ma defilata dalla confusione. Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Camere pulitissime, riordinate ogni giorno e cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. Presenza di tante prese per ricaricare telefoni e dispositivi. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Cucina casalinga ottima. Abbondante colazione turca inclusa, anche con pane burro e marmellata o miele, ma altre opzioni disponibili dal menù, tipo omelette e pancakes. Ottimo tea servito sempre, buon caffè americano ed espresso.
L'ascensore si è rotto il sabato e la sera è stato riparato. Molto efficienti. Ci hanno chiamato il taxi per l'aeroporto (taxi giallo ufficiale) e abbiamo pagato direttamente a loro una tariffa fissa onestissima.

Cons:

Camera piccola, ma è normale qui, anche in hotel molto più costosi. Mancanza di ganci in camera e bagno per appendere abiti e asciugamani. Un po' di piccole cose da sistemare, tipo anta armadio che scorre male, pavimento che cigola, piccolezze.
L'inglese è parlato pochissimo ed è difficile capirsi, ma anche questo succede ovunque a Istanbul. Google translator vi salverà.
A volte si sente musica dai locali vicini, ma non ci ha mai impedito di dormire, anche con la finestre aperta. Davanti c'è una scuola che di notte è silenziosa.

Pros:

В номере чисто, тепло, всё работает исправно, рядом Таксим, кафе и магазины. В номере были шампуни, кофе, и тапочки . Все ежедневно дополнялось , полотенце каждый день меняли, уборку в номере каждый день проводили.

Всё хорошо, но именно человеческое участие администратора делает это место особенным — сюда хочется вернуться. Динара — человека с по‑настоящему внимательным и добрым отношением. С первых минут чувствуется её искреннее желание помочь и создать уют, а не просто выполнить работу. Благодаря ей проживание прошло легко и само пребывание оказалось удивительно комфортным и спокойным.

Cons:

Wi-fi немного слабоват , отключался с периодичностью

Pros:

Отличный, дружелюбный и вежливый персонал и команда отеля. Хорошее местоположение. Отличная кухня в ресторане при отеле. Остался в полном восторге от посещения данного отеля. Даже при том что рядом основная движовая улица, в отеле достаточно тихо. В с лучше возникновения каких либо вопросов команда максимально оперативно реагирует на любую просьба. Приедем еще раз обязательно! Спасибо вам!

Cons:

Иногда после 12 бывало начинал сбоить WiFI. Более нет нареканий
