Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est très complet et compris dans le prix de la chambre.
Personnel très accueillant et avenant.

Cons:

Dans le descriptif il est indiqué qu'il y a un parking gratuit mais il n'y a que quelques places étroites qui font qu'il est impossible de garer le nombre de voitures prévues et pour le coup on est obligé de se garer dans la rue. Le garage souterrain est inexploité.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Cons:

Beschreibung: Checkin bis 23:59 möglich. Realität: Nach 20:00 ist die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt und die Schlüssel liegen offen mit Namen und Zimmernummer für jeden erreichbar am Tresen. Beschreibung: Wir helfen gerne mit dem Transport ihres Gepäcks. Realität: Ankunft um 21:45, daher war niemand da. Ich hatte viel Gepäck und musste zu Fuß in den 2. Stock über enge Treppen und durch drei Türen. Beschreibung: Schallisolierte Zimmer. Realität: Man hört die Zimmernachbarn bei ihrer Unterhaltung und wenn sie ins Bad gehen. Der Fernseher zeigt „keine Programme verfügbar“, eine Liste mit Sendern existiert nicht, obwohl so angegeben. In der Minibar ist ein Teil der ausgewiesenen Sachen gar nicht enthalten, fraglich ob am Ende trotzdem das fehlende berechnet wird. Der Lüfter im Bad geht nicht. Das war so enttäuschend, dass ich nach einer Nacht in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt habe.
