Schönes 4-Sterne Haus - zentral und ruhig.
Pros:

Alles sehr angenehm: vom freundlichen Personal (an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück), bis hin zu Sauberkeit, Bequemlichkeit (Matratze), Ruhe (trotz bester Citylage). Das Frühstück war gut (und preiswert inkludiert). Badewanne war vorhanden. Die Zimmer-Einrichtung ist hier und da schon etwas old-fashioned, aber ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, wegen des persönlichen, respektvollen Umgangs. Alles in allem eine schöne Erinnerung und Erfahrung, wie 4-Sterne-Häuser früher mal waren .. und wie man sie leider heute oft nicht mehr findet. Im übrigen gibt es auch eine Sauna, die aber leider nur abends eingeschaltet wird.

Cons:

Fernseher hatte Empfangsstörungen.

Pros:

Sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Perfekte Lage (Lehmbruck-Museum ist direkt gegenüber, Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar). Sehr gutes Frühstück. Insgesamt sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel.

Cons:

Bad könnte eine Renovierung bzw Auffrischung vertragen. Kurzfristig waren die Zeiten des Frühstücks nach vorn verlegt worden, was für die Sportler vielleicht in Ordnung war. Aber als Wochenendbesucher möchte man nicht schon um 9.30 Uhr rausgekehrt werden, gerade wenn man auch wegen der komfortablen Uhrzeiten gebucht hatte.
