Pros:

Close to airport and taxi on time at 3.30 am. Take away dinner to have in our room with a little kitchen

Location close to airport

Cons:

Extremely poor hygiene and maintenance. The bed sheets had visible holes, the blanket was torn, and the towels were worn out with holes as well. To make things worse, there were mosquitoes inside the room. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging guests for comfort and cleanliness. Would not recommend.

Comfortable and roomy.

Cons:

We thought that it was within the airport precinct so that we could walk there after our late arrival but it was a long way. Fortunately we were picked up but at a cost.

My heartfelt thanks goes out to the entire staff. I was already at the airport and had just reached the security checkpoint when I realized I had left my iPhone at the hotel. I called the staff in a panic, and they quickly confirmed they had the phone. Knowing I couldn't exit the secured area, I requested their help. A staff member rushed over and handed me the phone right there at the airport within just 10 minutes. This extraordinary effort under stressful airport conditions saved my day and showed truly phenomenal service."
