Pros:

Availability during peak season. Enough space inside the room.

Cons:

Late serving of breakfast. Staff are just starting to prepare at 7AM. Location has no near restaurants/ convenience store to buy food.

Vriendelijkheid en serviceverlening van het personeel. Dat was uitmuntend.

Cons:

Ze zijn erg gefocused op het vooruitbetalen van de hotelovernachtingen.
Dat kwam bij mij niet goed over. Op de 1e dag van aankomst heb ik netjes de kosten van 5 dagen voldaan.
Door wat problemen met de betaling bij de receptie zijn de totale kosten van de overnachtingen 2x van
mijn rekening afgeschreven.
Dat kan gebeuren maar moet wel snel worden gecorrigeerd en gecommuniceerd.
Nu moet ik alle zeilen bijzetten om mijn geld van de dubbele payment terug te krijgen.

The hotel is nice. But I wouldn’t go back because of the location.
Pros:

The room was quite spacious. The lobby is presentable.

Cons:

It was difficult to catch a taxi to the city center and to get to other places. It’s not recommended to walk to the center since sidewalks are hard to find.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

My wife and I enjoyed four nights at his hotel. The staff were awesome and so was the service. The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The free breakfast was great as well but lacked in variety. I would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay. I would probably stay here again if I ever return to Baguio.

Cons:

Heavy vehicle traffic but then again, Baguio had heavy traffic everywhere during our stay there.

The parking on premises, the size of the room, the pleasant and professional staff, and the location.

Cons:

The very strong room fragrance upon arrival that instantly irritated my eyes and triggered my sinus issues. I had to open the window to breathe in the fresh outside air for at least 20 minutes before the fragrance dissipated to a tolerable degree. The included buffet breakfast was very convenient and the staff also accommodated my additional breakfast guests for 500 pesos per head. The buffet could use a hot cereal station, perhaps hot pandesal and fresh local veggies like sayote fruit or tops, ampalaya, and spinach for the hibachi station and ditch the pansit since no one eats pansit for breakfast.

Pros:

Booking with them was swift and easy, it was hassle free, beds a comfy and smells clean! Decent room size and it has air-conditioning which is very important for me specially here in baguio where most of the accommodation doesnt have air-conditioning. Also breakfast was decent as well

Cons:

Place is along the highways its just hard to flag down a taxi most of my issues here is transportation
