Disabilitano la chiave della stanza senza avvertire
Cons:

Ho usufruito del late check out al costo di 50 euro ma la mia chiave e’ stata comunque disabilitata alle 12.00 senza che nessuno mi avesse avvertito di tale policy. Quando sono rientrato alle 14.40 per il mio meeting ho dovuto recarmi nella hall perdendo tempo prezioso e mi sono collegato in ritardo alla call di lavoro. Segnalato al check out il disservizio non vi è stato alcun segno di attenzione da parte del personale. Molto gentile e professionale invece il personale che mi ha assistito nella fase di check in.

Convenient, but could be so much better
Pros:

The property was right by the station from where we could travel easily to Pompeii, Ercolano and Sorrento. We paid for a deluxe room and we were lucky to get a corner room on the 6th floor. Which gave us dual aspect windows and balcony, and plenty of space. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle, which was so useful. The bed was firm but gave us a good nights sleep.

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom wasn’t great. The screen only covered one third of the bath which inevitably led to flooding.
The main problem with this hotel is that it focuses on conferences and tour groups which means that breakfast is chaos between 7.30 and 8.45. The staff can’t cope; there aren’t enough tables; food runs out quickly and we had to request either plates, cups or cutlery every day. If you have breakfast after 9.00 then all is calm and fine, but if you want to get to the sights early then you have no choice but to battle it out

Posizione ottima, stanza pulita ma piccolina. Menù del ristorante da migliorare.

Posizione ottima, proprio accanto alla stazione. Staff gentile e stanza pulita. Colazione buonissima e abbondante.

Cons:

Secondo me la stanza (classic) era troppo piccola. Ottimo il servizio della cena in camera (velocissimo) ma se posso fare un appunto il menù - per esser un 4 stelle - era un po' troppo semplice. Mi aspettavo una scelta maggiore ma soprattutto pietanze un po' più particolari.

Cliente maleducato
Cons:

Un vicino di camera mi ha fermato quando sono uscita dalla camera alle 2030 per andare a cena (io ero arrivata alle 1900) dicendomi si smettere di parlare in camera. Oltre alla maleducazione del vicino di stanza mi meraviglio che un struttura così curata abbia una insonorazione pessima.

Pros:

Lots of breakfast options (eggs, vegetables, cold cuts, bread and cheese, pastries). You can ask for espresso drinks at breakfast. Clean room with large window and small balcony overlooking the station. There is a pillow menu if you don't like the pillows. Staff were friendly. Gym is small but gets the job done. Location very convenient right at the Centrale station - walking distance to Spaccanapoli and easy metro access right outside the hotel, many coffee bars as well.

Cons:

No major complaints. Small things to note:
- Juice at breakfast was really watered down compared to what you'd buy at the bar or grocery store.
- There is a large police/military presence around the station. I assume this is for safety - but they stopped us multiple times in front of the hotel asking to see IDs and why we were there. We also saw them stopping many others from our window. Unclear if this was in response to a particular event or concern or something they always do.
