Pontos positivos:

* Localização próxima à estação, o que facilita o deslocamento.

Pontos negativos:

* Começo pela questão da localização porque foi uma informação que senti falta quando pesquisei o hotel. A região próxima à estação é muito movimentada e, principalmente à noite, me senti bastante insegura. Nápoles tem regiões que exigem bastante atenção, e acredito que isso deveria estar mais claro para quem está pesquisando onde ficar.
* Os principais pontos turísticos não ficam próximos, então, considerando a localização e a segurança da região, não achei que valesse a pena.
Cama muito dura!
* Não fui bem recepcionada. Esperei algum tempo na chegada e ninguém sequer me cumprimentou. Senti falta de cordialidade por parte dos funcionários. Também falaram que eu teria que esperar o quarto ficar pronto mas não sabiam nem quanto tempo de espera…
* Nem todos os atendentes falam espanhol, o que considero uma dificuldade para um hotel que recebe muitos turistas.
* A porta que dava acesso a uma pequena sacada apresentou um problema e se abriu sozinha. Avisei a camareira, mas ela disse que era normal.
* Muito barulho na rua. Foi difícil dormir. A região é extremamente movimentada, com ambulâncias, polícia, fogos de artifício, pessoas falando e outros ruídos durante a noite.
* O hotel é simples e acredito que poderia melhorar bastante na cordialidade e no atendimento.
* Não experimentei o café da manhã porque achei o preço muito alto em relação ao que aparentava oferecer.

No geral, não tive uma boa experiência e não recomendaria este hotel, principalmente para quem viaja sozinho e procura uma região mais tranquila e segura para se hospedar.

Confortable, fiable et bien situé pour partir en excursion.
Pros:

Chambre très calme et très bien isolée, qui donnait sur l'îlot intérieur.

Rooftop bar très chouette avec vue sur la ville.

Situé au carrefour des trains, taxis et métros.

Excellent hôtel, a recommander

Chambre confortable, climatisation agréable, emplacement parfait, personnel souriant et serviable.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner, ma compagne est intolérante au lactose, beurre, crème, etc, et a des difficultés avec le gluten. Le choix de sans lactose et/ou sans gluten est très restreint.

Pros:

Location was awesome, if some want to be connected to high speed train/local Bus etc. Room as ok.

Cons:

As per the price point, Hotel was not upto the mark. Room did not have any complimentary water. The kettle was of very poor quality for hot water, Coffe/Sugar etc were not put. There was a balcony, but no table/chair, which was present on other rooms. The bathroom was good, but the shower etc of very bad quality.
