想像以上に快適でした
Pros:

治安に問題のあるナポリの駅前でしたが、一歩ホテルに入れば安心安全・清潔でラグジュアリー。スタッフも洗練された英語を話し、快適な滞在でした

Cons:

ヨーロッパの感覚でしたら問題ないと思うのですが、やはり日本人の感覚ですと冷房の効きが非常に悪いです。ただしこれは、どこのホテルでも同じですので悪い評価ではありません。日本の方向けの案内です

Excellent hotel and great location for our short stay prior to and following our week on Ischia Island!
Pros:

Beautiful and clean hotel! The staff was wonderful—to include Francesco, who is an amazing bartender and sweet gentleman! Thank you!

Cons:

The breakfast staff tended to be a little slow to restock coffee and other supplies; however, the breakfast was delicious and enjoyed the variety offered!

Attentive staff, really close to the train station but it is on the safer and better looking side.
