Персонал вежливый,доброжелательный.особенно,хотелось выделить Софию на рецепшн и Лору в столовой.
Внимательные, всегда с улыбкой,услужливые,доброжелательные,терпеливые всегда готовы помочь .
Месторасположение гостиницы в центре Рима,просто идеально .рядом с метро и одновременно легко добраться пешком до многих исторических мест.

Organizado, limpo, bem localizado

Localização boa, excelente limpeza e organização dos quartos, equipe cordial e prestativa.

Cons:

Não pudemos ligar o ar condicionado, mas segundo informado, trata-se de alguma determinação municipal pela época em que fomos e não opção do hotel. Com isso, precisamos dormir de janela aberta, tendo o inconveniente do barulho da rua.
