Pros:

Rooms are quite spacious compared to other Japanese hotels. Good location, close to subway, Ginza, and the river.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, not great. Shower curtain smelled moldy.

眺めが素晴らしい！
Pros:

とにかく眺めが素晴らしかったです。この眺めだけでもここに泊まってよい経験ができたと思いました。私の部屋のシャワーヘッドはrefaの新しいもので快適でした。古いホテルなので、お湯の出し方等コツがいりますが、説明のラミネートシートが置いてあるので読みましょう。

Cons:

古いホテルだからか禁煙の部屋でしたがたばこの匂いがします。高層なので、当然ですが窓を開けて換気ができません。ですが部屋には空気清浄機があり、たばこ嫌いの娘もしばらくしたら気にならなくなった言っていました。（私は平気でした）鍵がカードではなく、普通の差し込む鍵です。差し込んで、回したらそのまま押す、というのコツのようでした。(開かなくてあせった)

You pay for the view as it was a bit dated.

Location and view from 33 floor was amazing.

Cons:

Our room was meant to be non smoking however it smelt strongly of cigarettes. They put a dehumidifier in however it didn’t help. The bed was incredibly hard - reminded us of our camping days in a tent! Even my son and partner who are younger found their bed very hard.

Pros:

33階からの眺望は最高、夜は月島まで歩いてもんじゃ焼きで一杯、朝はチェックアウト12時なので築地市場近くの寿司屋に行って戻って余裕でチェックアウト。東京を満喫できました。

Bir daha gelsem kesin kalacağım bir yer.
Pros:

Otelin olduğu bölge çok güzel bi yerdi. Manzara harikaydı. Her konuda çok güzel destek verdiler. Temizlikten çok memnun kaldım.

Cons:

Metroya ve toplu ulaşıma çok yakın değil ama civarda yürümesi çok zevkli bir yer.

Bella vista ma da rivedere la colazione

Questo era il nostro ultimo hotel di una lunga vacanza in Giappone e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vista dalla camera al 38 piano che è meravigliosa, la camera superior era grande con un grande letto con il salottino e questa vista magnifica da cui si vedeva pure il monte Fuji nelle giornate limpide .Anche il bagno era grande rispetto a cosa abbiamo trovato in altri hotel in Giappone . Ottima accoglienza del personale.

La colazione non mi è piaciuta per niente non per qualità ci mancherebbe perché era buona ma con tutto quello che si paga si deve scegliere tra americano e giapponese e si presentano con un vassoio con 5 cosette e una tazza di caffè . Sinceramente andrebbe migliorata ognuno deve essere libero di riprendere la stessa cosa anche due volte senza imporre insalatina e pane con marmellata mezza fetta per uno . Delusione ! Poi la vista e il servizio impeccabili come sempre
