Hotel yapıldığı tarihten beri hiç yenilenmemiş ve kalınması mümkün değil.

Odada yoğun bir koku vardı. Son katta olmasına rağmen küf ve rutubet karışımı bir koku vardı. Hava temizleyici bile fayda etmiyordu. Resepsiyondan başka oda istediğimde check-in saati üzerinden 6 saat geçtiğini bu nedenle 1 günlük ek ücret karşılığı yeni oda verebileceklerini ilettiler ve seve seve kabul ettim. Çünkü odada uyumam mümkün değildi. Sonra gösterdikleri 3 ayrı odada da aynı ağır kokunun olduğunu gördüm ve odamı değiştirmeme gerek olmadığını söyledim. Ancak saat ileriledikçe koku baş ağrısı yapmaya başladı ve o odada geceyi geçiremeyeceğimi anladım. Gece yarısına doğru başka bir otele booking üzerinden rezervasyon yapıp ayrıldım. İki günlük oda ücreti iademi yapmadılar. Ben de üstelemedim. Odanın manzarası çok güzeldi bu arada.

Näkymät huoneen ikkunasta olivat ikimuistoiset.

Cons:

Savuton huone haisi voimakkaasti tuhkakupilta. Hotellissa ei ole uusittu mitään sitten 80-90-lukujen. Aamiainen oli melko avuton.

Aunque ahora no se puede fumar, tiene pinta que antiguamente si y el olor a tabaco se ha quedado en la habitacion. Yo soy muy sensible a los olores y me molesto bastante, pero mi marido ni se daba cuenta, asi que es cosa personal. A parte de eso, la habitacion perfecta

Unpleasant stay

Only thing we liked was the views from our room.

Cons:

We had booked a non smoking room and I had messaged the hotel to confirm this before I was charged 2 weeks in advance. We complained but the hotel staff can not do anything because almost every room smells of cigarettes smoke. They offered us another room but it was also smelling of cigarettes. The hotel needs to keep non smoking and smoking rooms separate but it doesn't seem to be done. Bathroom tub and sink were getting clogged easily. We will not recommend this to non smoking guests.

Great views and good location
Pros:

Great views from the hotel room, we could see Mt Fuji on a clear day. The hotel is in a nice location, just a short walk to the nearest subway station. Staff were friendly and helped us to book a taxi to the airport for our departure. Room had all the amenities you could need and the bed was large and comfortable.

Cons:

Despite booking a non-smoking room, the room still smelt of cigarette smoke. The rooms are in much need of an upgrade and are looking tired and outdated. The wallpaper was starting to peel off the walls. Breakfast was overpriced and of limited choice.
