Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent location near train station, shopping mall and walkable to old town
Consistently praised breakfast (rich, varied, high quality)
Clean, modern and comfortable rooms with good beds
Friendly and helpful staff; early check-in accommodated
Direct access to mall amenities (pharmacy, grocery) and on-site parking
Cons:
Thin walls / corridor noise and cleaning staff sometimes noisy
Some bathrooms are functional and could use renovation; shower-in-bath reported as inconvenient
Occasional service inattentiveness reported by a few guests
Bar lacked atmosphere and seating
Not located near the beach (for those expecting beach proximity)

Categories

Cleanliness
9
Many guests praise spotlessly clean rooms and exceptionally thorough floor cleaning; a few noted occasional lapses (one comment that room cleaning wasn't 100%). Overall cleanliness is very strong with minor isolated issues.
Service
8.9
Staff are repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (early check-in noted). A couple of mentions indicate occasional inattentiveness or less-friendly interactions at reception, so service is very good but not perfect.
Location
9
Consistently praised for proximity to the train station, shopping mall and easy walk to the old town; excellent for transport and shopping. Noted that it is not near the beach, which some guests mentioned for information.
Room Quality
8.5
Rooms described as modern, spacious and comfortable with good beds and showers for many guests; some comments point out bathrooms are functional and could use renovation, and one mentioned shower-in-bath being less convenient.
Amenities
8.9
Strong amenities including direct access to a full shopping mall, pharmacy, grocery and on-site parking. The bar was available but several guests noted it lacked atmosphere or seating.
Value for Money
8.4
Not frequently addressed explicitly; inferred as good value given consistent praise for location, cleanliness, breakfast and service. Reasonable score to reflect generally positive perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast is repeatedly described as excellent, rich and first-class across many reviews. Minor negative: bar lacked atmosphere, but overall F&B (especially breakfast) is a highlight.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall very positive guest experiences: many call it excellent, safe and highly recommended, ideal for short stays and convenient for travel. Minor issues (noise, occasional staff lapses, distance from beach) slightly temper a perfect score.

Lovely hotel and staff bottom far away from the centre, port or beach
Pros:

Check in was swift professional and very friendly. Bar staff on the terrace were very nice and professional too.

Cons:

A little further away from the centre than I would have liked but not a major issue .

My stay was comfortable and the staff are very cooperative.
Pros:

location was great, little bit far from the noise and crowd (which I like and I want). 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from all attractions. 5 minutes from the Hop-on Hop-off bus (not advisable to have it cause of the traffic). Staff are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and has value for money. The hotel is connected to a mall/shopping centre. 15 minutes by taxi to the airport. Honestly, it is better of some 5 STARS hotels.

Cons:

In general, nothing to dislike. the gym is small.
