Hotel muy comodo y bonito.
Lo unico adverso fue la recepcion al momento de ingresar al hotel, al hacer el cheq-in.
La señorita que nos atendio lo hizo da muy mala manera.
No estuvo a la altura del resto de los servicios.

I have enjoyed my 6 nights in this hotel im going to miss this hot weather back to UK know All the staff are nice and very welcoming.

Cleaning crew was rlly bad, didn’t change the sheets, or provide us w new towels, the hotel was mid at best.

Super clean, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff.
Had connecting rooms as there were 4 of us. Very spacious with 2 beds in each room, both with a sofa, table and fridge. We all slept so well in the comfy beds. Lovely bathroom and shower
with complimentary toiletries. Lovely choices for breakfast and restaurant wasn’t too busy. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic modern hotel with big rooms.
Very comfortable bed. The location was great we were on the first floor and had direct access to computer desks and the restaurant. The rear exit on that floor goes directly to a large shopping centre for grocery items or cafe dinning.

Breakfast service and buffet was excellent I could not fault this stay

This hotel met all our needs at a reasonable price. Clean, well-equipped and serviced rooms, and very helpful staff at reception. Breakfast was varied and good quality. We enjoyed ours on the terrace each morning. A 15 minute stroll to the centre of town and port with all theirs attractions and sights etc. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport getting off at Maria Zambrano train station.

Arrived in Malaga during the Spanish 1 day power blackout. Hotel staff went out their way to help guests deal with lack of power. Had a great 4 night stay there. Rooms were great, breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend the hotel

Checked in on line prior to arrival which saved a bit of time at check in. Parking in the shopping centre car park with direct access to the hotel. Friendly efficient staff. About a 25 minute walk to the old town area. All in all a good stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel which is handily located close to the main station with easy access from the airport. Also, an easy walk to the old town.
We were welcomed back when we unexpectedly had to stay an extra night due to the country wide power outage. Aljero was so friendly and helpful and another staff member even escorted us to our room with a torch!
Also, a big plus the breakfast is amazing! Such an extensive choice of good quality products and even an outside terrace. We would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location. We specifically looked for something walkable to the train station and the central old town. It was also convenient for the day trip pick up spots to Ronda and the Caminito Del Rey. The hotel was modern and clean. The front desk was helpful.

Really nice place. Checked in early which was great and received some excellent advise on places to eat and drink. Rooms are very comfortable, good shower, and good breakfast. About 20 minutes walk into town which is fine and about 10 minutes from closest train station which is only 3 stops from the airport.

Very enjoyable stay. Very clean room. Nice reception area and enjoyable walk to marina.

An almost excellent hotel – we had a lovely, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. A massive bathroom with a bathtub and powerful shower. There was plenty of space for our belongings and the room came with a fridge, safe and AC. Close to the train and bus station, metro and walkable into the city centre – however it is very noisy.

There appears to be little to no soundproofing. You can hear everything going on outside your room and in adjacent rooms, including when people are using the toilet which is slightly off-putting. The room doors slam very loudly which woke us up most nights.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a very heavy sleeper. A shame as everything else about it is very good.

This is a great centrally located hotel in Malaga. It is also very close to the Malaga airport (ten minutes by car) and about a 1 km walk from the historic city center. Beautiful and modern rooms. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but the shower was a newer model. We were offered an upgrade to a deluxe room and it was well worth it. We also took advantage of the hotel’s breakfast plan for 11 euros a night. Lots of choice offered at the breakfast buffet, and all of it was delicious!

Shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, and hand wash are provided, however, if you have sensitive skin, I would suggest bringing your own soap and shower gel. I had an eczema outbreak from using the hotel soap and shampoo.

The hotel is connected to a large shopping center that also has a grocery store, which is very practical. Staff was very helpful and kind.

We had a great stay! Breakfast was incredible, room was always kept tidy and clean for us and everything we needed was in walking distance . Great friendly staff and great service.

Recently modernised and our room 430 was good and modern iron board kettle safe plenty of room nice bathroom and comfy beds hairdryer mini bar and fridge.
View was looking at the main road, no AC so the room was hot. If you open the window then the road is loud.
No bar or lounge as advertised, and when asked the staff said the breakfast area doubled as a bar lounge area when not in use ??? Would prefer a more permanent bar lounge area, not a makeshift attempt. It's a 4 star hotel ?

So why 3 star reviews ?
On the 3rd day we decided to go to breakfast we were met by a staff woman we paid the 26 euros for 2 of us and she said sit anywhere we sat at a table next to a table of 4 Spanish older people and in clear sight of the staff woman no one battered an eyelid to us sitting there so we went for our drinks and cereal by the time I got back another old Spanish couple friends of the other 4 had turned up the staff woman now shouting at me that we could not sit there as it was a table for 6 her shouting was loud and embarrassing for us the Spanish people just grinned the staff woman now grabbed our drinks and cereal and moved us to another table the Spanish people still said nothing no explanation no apology no nothing allowing the staff woman to forcefully and rudely move us for no reason didn't they expect the other couple ? Who said they wanted us moved.
After that , we lost our appetites and virtually ate nothing and left still no explanation from anyone. POOR POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF AND CUSTOMERS NO ONE ON OUR SIDE
So for this experience alone in fact 2 stars.
