Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, a nice bar.

Cons:

The flipping plug sockets with the one round hole at the top so normal chargers don't fit!

Great location, friendly staff and nice breakfast but room was below standard and needed TLC
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room was a terrible layout (the tv couldn’t be seen from the bed, the shower was fit in a strange position which meant it wasn’t possibly to properly open the door as the toilet was in the way!). The room had been well cleaned but needed some serious TLC! There were a lot of stains in the carpets of the room and it needed general tidying up as you could tell a lot hadn’t been updated for a long time

Cons:

Room wasnt very clean, there were 2 brown questionable marks on the wallpaper which came off with make up wipes easily, so why didnt the cleaner see this, it was the first thing we noticed. We then cleaned all handles and switches ,hard surfaces with wipes ourselves. Not very happy to do this when you expect to be in a clean room. Apart from that everything else was ok, but it did spoil the experience a bit

Perfectly adequate city centre hotel
Pros:

Good value for money. Not luxurious but clean and comfy able enough. Breakfast also fine for the price.

Cons:

Duvet wasn’t quite big enough for the bed.
