Posizione perfetta per girare tutta la città a piedi e per prendere eventuali treni per Liverpool o dintorni.
Stanza grande, cuscini comodi.
Acqua gratis all'ingresso, buona quella all' arancia.
Abbiamo trovato acqua in stanza gratis e due biscottini. I giorni successivi acqua cambiata una sola volta e ultimo giorno ci è stato dato 1 biscottino, ma mettine due no la camera è doppia!?!
Moquette in camera, pulizia sufficiente ma non perfetta, le finestre erano estremamente sporche. Letti molto duri. Impossibilità di oscurare la luce con le tende, che non coprono bene le finestre. Lavandino minuscolo. In altre stanze simili c'era sia la doccia che la vasca separate, ci è stata data una stanza solo con vasca. Colazione sufficiente nel salato (anche se uova erano pessime, un giorno sono state addirittura ritirate dal personale), buoni i cornetti.
Hall molto piccola.
In generale non tornerei mai in questo hotel dovessi recarmi in città.
Lage - sensationell. Überall schnell zu Fuß. Große Zimmer. Wirksame Klimaanlage. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Modernes Bad.
Etwas laut zur Straße raus oder kein Blick aus dem Fenster. Laute Lüftung. Gepäck muss teilweise ein paar Stufen getragen werden
Good central location
The man on reception was unwelcoming. The room was tired. Breakfast was ok, but nothing cooked fresh or to order. Expensive for what it was.
Staff was great and very dedicated. Supportive with requests and very helpful.
The aircon was good.
Cold water available throughout. Easy access to public transport and a free map of the city!

Shower gel and hand soap of great scent.
Pillows and mattress very hard and very uncomfortable. Probably the fleet needs renewing.
Multiple pillows provided in the room setting but all same hard.
Windows on the top floor did not open at all as the opening handle is too high up so it can feel like minimal airflow.
Very dark during the day as sun-facing and curtains could not be open as the room overheated if left open.
Comfy rooms and bed. Very clean. Staff very helpful, especially Jameiah? who welcomed us. Right in town. Short walk to gallery, libraries and Gay Town.
Breakfast was average. Fried eggs first day overdone. Maybe they were even meant to be poached? Horrible coffee. Scrambled eggs second day were dreadful. Tasted weird? Some kind of egg mix or UHT? It isn't hard, fresh eggs an cream/milk - cook!

All staff members I encountered seemed to wish that they would rather have been anywhere else. They definitely need training in guest relations and customer service.
I stayed with my friend and two daughters for a concert in the city. We were lucky enough to find that The Townhouse have rooms with two king size beds, so were able to book one room for the 4 of us. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds were huge!
