Pros:

Location. Pool n spa. Food quality of the complementary breakfast. comfort of the bed with the selection of pillows, marked for firm and soft.

Cons:

Remote control for the TV did not work and was labeled lobby remote. It turned the TV on only to display IT configuration error. Complaint to the front desk, only offered a solution for the next day when I was already checking out.

Also, the air-conditioning did not hold a steady temperature. It kept turning off despite pre-resetting for 68°. As a result, room temperature was too warm.

Nice place and the staff are great. Don't stay in room 116. You won't get sleep.
Pros:

Great location and the people are fantastic.

Cons:

I was put in room 116 which is next to ice room which people were getting ice until 2 pm, the vending machine hummed all night, washing and dryer was going until 2 pm, people coming and going, the TV from the people at the desk. Probs got about 2 hours sleep TBH which was disappointing.

Convenient and clean!
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly, everything was very clean, and the location was great.

Cons:

The only negative we had was the air conditioner in our room. It went off and on all night and made a lot of noise. It made it challenging for sleep.
