Cons:

The parking lot was small and only 1 car per room was allowed. The neighborhood had a lot of activity with homeless people. One of the bed sheets was dirty when we arrived, but the front desk worker changed the sheets for us.

Pros:

Clean and quiet room. Avoid the ground floor facing the gas station. The other side of the ground floor is nice. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The ground floor facing the gas station is quite noisy all night long. Only i car per room is allowed in the fenced lot.

Neighborhood wasn't as walkable as I thought, but its wasn't too bad. Maybe 15 minute walk from old sac!
