Bad location.
Pros:

Hotel was of fair quality.

Cons:

Nothing could have been done about the location. Homeless encampments within a hundred feet blowing campfire smoke over and through the hotel and into the rooms. I should have known better than to stay in that area. Homeless people everywhere creating a toxic environment. Now I know. Never again!

Not worth it
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

Issues with the T. V. Even after it was " fixed" it still flickered and it seemed like the Internet kicked out a lot. There is a lot of homeless people in the area so the location is close to stuff but you have to drive no matter what. Breakfast was not good only the waffles.

Pros:

The rooms were remodeled last year and they are in very good shape. The breakfast is still much more than a continental breakfast.

Cons:

It can be noisy some nights because of the gas station next door. I liked the 3rd floor because there is less noise than the ground floor.
