Our stay was definitely spoilt by the homeless, we would never stay in that area again.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable.
The lifts were very good we never waited too long.

Cons:

The main thing that spoiled our stay was the dozens of homeless around the hotel.Sometimes they could be very intimidating, they were lying in
the street, bus shelters, shop doorways and on occasions shouting at us.

El hotel está muy bonito.

Cons:

Que no tiene estacionamiento y tuvimos que pagar 70 dlls de valet parking.
No ponen botellas de agua en la habitación.

The room was excellent, and the staff was helpful. They even brought up some toothpaste.
Pros:

The hotel had interesting architecture because it was a remodeled bank.

Cons:

The hotel didn’t provide parking, which I hadn’t realized. But the close by private parking was available and inexpensive. I fully understand why they couldn’t provide parking.

I paid 70 for parking which is pretty expensive. But a unhoused person was literally approaching me as I pulled up to check in
