Great location, not the best of experiences.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect. The foyer and public bathroom was clean and welcoming. We were able to check in 45 minutes early without much fuss. The guy that checked us in was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. We ended up checking out a day early and were surprisingly refunded that day after being told it would not happen by the front desk since we booked using Booking.com.

Cons:

We were given a dirty room when we checked in. My husband found a cleaning lady to show and she confirmed it had not been cleaned. A manager communicated with the front desk and we were moved to another room quickly. The tub in the room we were moved to was decent size but the shower curtain did nothing to keep the water from getting on the floor. The beds were not that comfy and made a lot of noise when moving around. There was a ton of noise from other rooms, running, yelling, doors slamming but that is not the fault of the hotel. We talked to 3 people at the front desk and 2 of them seemed to not know how the system really worked or what could and couldn't be done. The first guy when we checked in was the most knowledgeable, knowing how to change the key cards to different rooms and apologized for putting us in a room that had not been cleaned yet. The other 2 just seemed like we were annoying them with our presence.

Close to so many restaurants. Hot breakfast was good and having cold lemon water and cookies while checking in was a nice choice. Check-in lady so nice.

Badly, I came to check out with my kids and the first thing we noticed was a lot of cockroaches in the unit

Cons:

Tv didn’t work and front desk lady said there was no one that could help. No closet in room or anything to hang garments on. Not very clean, no ice bucket.

My stay was great plan on staying every year here on out
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent because now a days motel/ hotels don't have a hot breakfast anymore. It was exceptional. Another thing it had a microwave and refrigerator in the room wonderful

Cons:

We received our key and upon entering the room their was someone in there along with personal belongings everywhere. After speaking with the lady at the front desk she laughed about how she still messes up years later. I had 3 little girls under 5 with me and that situation could of went terribly wrong. Once we got the key to the correct room the drawers to the dresser wouldnt stay closed and since I have a newborn I ran into them everytime I got up in the middle of the night to attend to her.
