It was a pleasant stay in a great area for golf and walks.
Pros:

It was very clean and the staff were chatty and helpful. The breakfast was also fantastic.

Cons:

There was no dinner service due to renovations, no fault of the staffs.

If felt like home vs s hotel.
Pros:

Great location, lots of personal touches and upcycled decor. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Wonderful home cooked breakfast!

Cons:

Took a few minutes to figure out the correct temperature on the electric shower.

Too expensive for what on offer
Pros:

Nice bed and breakfast but expensive for what is on offer. No full Scottish breakfast limited choice one menu. Staff very pleasant and helpful
No breakfast on our last morning as chef did not turn up not even a coffee. For four hundred pounds plus for two nights not worth the money.

Cons:

Better menu choice and chef turning up for work would help. Did not like ordering breakfast night before

It was absolutely perfect!
Pros:

The owners and staff are absolutely lovely, and they have very lovingly created a wonderful inn. It was such a pleasure to stay there!

Uitstekend verblijf in dit charmante hotel
Pros:

Een heel charmant hotelletje in een aardig stadje. Ruime kamer die mooi is ingericht. De kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien en er is een mooie lounge voor koffie en thee. Uitstekend ontbijt. De host is heel vriendelijk en attent.

Het bed ligt heerlijk, maar is wel aan de kleine kant!

We had a great stay in a lovely location and would stay again.
Pros:

It was a good breakfast but perhaps drinks options could be clearer. We weren't aware that fruit juice could be ordered for example.

Cons:

We would have liked blinds in addition to curtains for added privacy in room 3.

Great stopover on way to Orkney.

Pros:

Direct aan zee vlakbij Dunrobin Castle. Fijne kamers bedden en prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Je moet goed opletten dat je niet voorbij de locatie rijdt. Misschien adres met huisnummer aangeven.

Great small house
Pros:

The house is on the main road though Golspie and there's a constant flow of traffic that thins out overnight. Bedroom is ample and comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us find somewhere that was dog friendly for our evening meal. A good breakfast.

Amazing stay on our NC500 trip
Pros:

We liked the staff, room, breakfast and location.
We had an amazing welcome greeting from Amy. All the while we stayed she catered for our needs. Very friendly and gave us loads of ideas on where to visit. Moira replenished our room and also was very friendly with different tips about the area. Kirstine also fixed a minor problem in our room straight away and was very friendly . Would recommend staying here.

Cons:

Would have liked a hairdryer in the room.
