Great one night stopover on NC500 trip
Pros:

Lovely welcome, cosy room with great style (loved the sheepskin rugs & really the whole vibe). Great breakfast & well run.

Comfortable, comforting, quiet, luxurious.
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and so friendly, and went above and beyond like giving us a takeaway breakfast early in the morning! The room was absolutely stunning and so well thought out, I've noted the sheet type to purchase for myself as they were so comfy! Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Having driven through snow and blizzards for four hours, arriving at the salt house being met by April was lovely. Very friendly and chatty. The room was spacious and decorated in a quirky but lovely way bed was very comfortable and the shower was a welcomed relaxation after the long journey.

Cons:

I initially thought being facing the main road would have been noisy. But that was far from the truth. The traffic died down late evening and there was no issues whatsoever throughout the night. I had a very restful sleep.

Superb visit to the highlands.
Pros:

April is a fabulous hostess and looked after us superbly. Our room was quite delightful and the breakfast delicious. Try and arrive in time to taste some of April’s magnificent cakes. Good Wi-Fi, next door to the beach.

Cons:

April could not have made us feel more welcome, nothing was too much trouble or her.

Don't miss out on this individual, different, charming, welcoming hotel.
Pros:

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location in Golspie. Very unique room with lots of interesting features. Fantastic coffee and breakfast. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Great location, fab hosts and would stay again.
Pros:

I loved my stay here and would have no hesitation in staying again. I was upgraded to a larger room and was delighted to find a welcome tray with some shortbread and sparkling water. There was also a kettle, a selection of teas, coffee and milk. They don't serve evening meals, but April suggested that I could get a takeaway and eat it in the dining room instead of having it in my room. The shower was a good size and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was so cosy and I slept like a log! My breakfast (scrambled eggs on sourdough - compliments to April's mum) were delicious.
They also do cake and coffees, and you can get parked more or less at their front door. Look out for their sign opposite the CoOp.
Thank you making my stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful place to stay and a fantastic breakfast to set up your day
Pros:

The breakfast was superb , staff and owner were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us ,room cosy and comfortable and quieter than we expected

Cons:

The only thing if ask for is a set of instructions for the shower as we couldn't get the rainfall head to work

Pros:

We were made to feel totally at home and would recommend to everyone. Incredible breakfast. Dog friendly if you want to stay overnight or just stop for a coffee and cake.
This may be on a main road but it is an extremely quiet location. Dont listen to others. Lovely welcoming couple. Really enjoyed our stay.
Bar and restaurant opening soon which will be a great addition once it is completed.
