Great time!
Pros:

Location was excellent! Easy to get to Jazz festival. Quiet cozy spot. Lots of fast food in walking distance. Wish hotel offered "free breakfast

Sehr komfortabler Aufenthalt mit großen, bequemen Zimmern und guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr früher Check-in möglich, große und geräumige Zimmer mit sehr bequemen, großen Betten, großem Fernseher und allem, was man zum Entspannen und Ausschlafen braucht. Außerdem gute Lage mit Restaurants in der Nähe und relativ kurzer Entfernung zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Nichts – hier gibt es überraschenderweise nichts zu beanstanden.

Nice staff, especially the cleaning staff. Office staff was nice, as was the restaurant staff.
Pros:

Smelled good was clean.

Cons:

The parking garage was difficult to pull into with Ford F150 Supercab, too narrow and not enough room to make the turn into the entrance.

There wasn’t anything positive from my experience that I can share.

Cons:

The property was dirty, the staff was half hearted and rude, the location was deceiving and I felt unsafe with my children, there’s homeless living in the stairwells of the parking garage. Which was a little intimidating walking alone at night because I forgot something in my car. The floor was noisy, we heard banging all night long. The beds were uncomfortable. Our room was filthy.

The rooms were disgusting! Found what appeared to be bed bug shells and drippings in the first room, we got the rooms changed. That room was also gross. We were going to leave to get another hotel but the guy at the front told us since we booked through booking and not the hotel there was nothing hr could do as far as a refund. We were already crunched for time so we just decided to tough it out. The rooms could’ve definitely been cleaner!

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding the condition of my recent stay. The room provided was unacceptable and fell significantly below reasonable cleanliness and hospitality standards.

Upon entering, there was a strong odor of urine accompanied by a persistent wet carpet smell. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the refrigerator appeared unsanitary, as though it had not been cleaned after a prior guest. These conditions are not only unacceptable but raise serious concerns regarding basic health and safety standards.

As a result, my stay was extremely uncomfortable. Had alternative accommodations been available at the time, I would have relocated immediately. I should not have been placed in a position where I had to remain in such conditions.

Given the circumstances, I am formally requesting a full refund for this stay. I ask that this matter be reviewed promptly and that appropriate action is taken to address both my experience and the underlying issues that led to it.

Please provide a response within a reasonable timeframe outlining the resolution.
