To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding the condition of my recent stay. The room provided was unacceptable and fell significantly below reasonable cleanliness and hospitality standards.

Upon entering, there was a strong odor of urine accompanied by a persistent wet carpet smell. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the refrigerator appeared unsanitary, as though it had not been cleaned after a prior guest. These conditions are not only unacceptable but raise serious concerns regarding basic health and safety standards.

As a result, my stay was extremely uncomfortable. Had alternative accommodations been available at the time, I would have relocated immediately. I should not have been placed in a position where I had to remain in such conditions.

Given the circumstances, I am formally requesting a full refund for this stay. I ask that this matter be reviewed promptly and that appropriate action is taken to address both my experience and the underlying issues that led to it.

Please provide a response within a reasonable timeframe outlining the resolution.

Pros:

The room was sufficient.

Cons:

You have to pay to park and the parking garage elevator was broken. I feel i should be given a refund of my parking fee. Not sure why a fee is charged.

May never stay there again & if I do will not eat their food

Clean , front desk nice & helpful, room great

Cons:

We ate at the Bistro & the food was a quesadilla & tater tho ; the taters were cold & we asked them to heat them up more ; they still came back cold , the quesadilla was just warm & both foods tasted freezer burned , to make matters worse the trip was a birthday present for a concert & we seen the opening act but had to leave because my girlfriend got sick & threw up outside of the venue there is no doubt it was the food ; I myself didn’t get sick but my stomach was not feeling good also! The front desk said I would not be charged at least for the dinner but it still was charged; so I would say I am very disappointed & a bit ticked off
