We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We were pulling a trailer and they had a place to park it.

Cons:

Overall it was a nice stay and it was located in a great area.

Cons:

I tried to ask one of the employees in the breakfast area for help and she just pointed at her ears indicating that she was deaf. It would have been helpful if she could have let me write down what I needed help with or grabbed someone who could speak to me with what I needed help with. The only thing I needed was some more syrup for my waffle. My sister tried to ask for extra towels for our room when one of the employees was down the hallway about to clean a room and she pointed at her ears too indicating that she was deaf as well and we did not receive help. There were extra towels and rags when we returned to our room so we were grateful for that. I just wish that the employees that are deaf would be willing to see what the customers need help with.

Pros:

We stay here anytime we visit our youngest. The staff are always very friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast isn’t the largest but it’s hot and enough choices.

Cons:

The gym is kinda small but I know that’s it a big problem for lost. I was able to get in a workout though so honestly not even an actual complaint.

We paid $289 for two nights, it was not worth it!!!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful!

Cons:

The price dropped to almost half…two nights before we checked in. The elevator had throw up in it smeared all over the floor. The room was so damp the bed felt wet the whole weekend. The room smelled sour, like infant throw up. There was even blood smeared near the toilet. I would not recommend this place and will never stay here again.

Think twice OR check your room before settling in. The front desk staff wanted to make it right. Kudos on that.

Great location. Tons of potential. Good front desk staff.

Cons:

I really hate writing this but… it was a rough experience. Our room was nasty - but thank goodness the bed was comfy - which made it bearable. First: We could not take off our shoes. Thankfully the front desk staff came upstairs and mopped the floor when I came in after meeting friends for dinner as the laminate floor was covered with a slimy, slippery greasy coating. Second: the sink was missing it aerator, causing water to fly everywhere. Not a biggie but annoying. Third: The air in the hallway and room was heavily laden with a scent -such as from Fabreeze or similar. Luckily I could crack the window an inch. I probably should have left but was in a hurry to get to the dinner meeting and didn’t have time to deal with a disappointing room.
