Buon hotel in ottima posizione.
Pros:

Tutto molto buono. Personale gentile. Buona colazione e posizione ottima.

Cons:

Per la pulizia completa della stanza e per il rifacimento dei letti viene richiesto un extra. Questo non è molto bello.

お値段の割にはガッカリ！

高い料金の割には部屋の広さ、ロケーション、食事、サービスが見合わない感じがしました！
特に朝食には色んな意味でガッカリしました。
駐車場も近くの駐車場は高いし空いていない。
それは仕方ないにしてもとても高い料金を払っているのだから離れた所まで置きに行く駐車場料金くらいサービスにして欲しい。
もう高山は日本人特に庶民の泊まる所ではなくなった感じがしました！

We had a wonderful family experience and highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and pampering, offering a wonderful breakfast, excellent facilities, and plenty of lovely spots to relax. The traditional rooms are simply charming, and our family had a fantastic experience. Having a washing machine in each room was a wonderful and highly practical addition

Nothing at all , everything was fantastic.

Great location, very kind staff, nice rooms
Pros:

The hotel is right next to the train station and a 10 min walk into the downtown area. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe walking from the hotel to the downtown area at night. There is also a free happy hour at the hotel and the staff were so kind and helpful. I dropped my bags early and that process was very easy.

Cons:

No notes - this was a great experience and I would highly recommend to others.
