For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning staff do not clean rooms but they change towels and collect trash. Please sign up cleaning magnet outside of room door by 11am in the morning. For guests staying 7 nights or more, rooms are cleaned once a week only in addition to the cleaning services same as guests who stay 6 nights or less.

Guests must check in by 17 : 30 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Good location hotel
Pros:

Location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is a welcome drinks session from 2.30pm to 4.30pm with self serve drinks and beer.

Cons:

However, as the hotel has over 200 rooms, the lobby often feels busy, especially with large groups of Western visitors. Surprisingly though, the onsen was not crowded during my stay.

Pros:

Hotel ubicado justo en la estación, zona muy tranquila. Habitación muy grande, limpia y con propia lavadora. Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

No ofrecían botellas de agua de bienvenida.

War super, kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Möglichkeit ein privates Bad zu buchen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage ist super.

Cons:

60 Minuten statt 45 Minuten im private bath wären perfekt.
