For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning staff do not clean rooms but they change towels and collect trash. Please sign up cleaning magnet outside of room door by 11am in the morning. For guests staying 7 nights or more, rooms are cleaned once a week only in addition to the cleaning services same as guests who stay 6 nights or less.

Guests must check in by 17 : 30 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

The location is perfect. Right next to the Takayama station. Super easy access to train and bus if you are basing in Takayama. Short walk to the more popular tourist was nice. Room was very comfy especially the bed and comforter. Enjoy watching the snow off the tatami area with big window. Laundry/dry machine and detergent are both available in the room which help with longer travel days. Public onsen on the 2F was great too and you could check crowdedness using TV. I would 100% stay here again!

Pros:

Washer n microwave in the room. Clean room, bright room. Big window. Nice front desk n sales section on local produce. Onsen except it is not natural, smell of chlorine. Will be better if got air fryer.

Cons:

Breakfast a bit too standard, not much choice of good spread of Jap dishes.

Cleaning room - seems to be dependent on who is on duty. One day it was room made up with changing of towels. Not even washing used cups. Another day is just changing towels even though we put up cleaning room magnet.

Great location, staff attentive and helpful, quiet rooms even though next to a station, onsen was amazing!
Pros:

Staff were great, onsen and foot bath amazing and location was perfect. So close to train and bus was super helpful and walking distance to other sights and food options. The washer/dryer in the room was a bonus. It had a microwave too though we didn’t use it with all the other food options around.

洗衣機雖然方便，但不管洗衣量多少，從洗衣到烘乾，一律要4小時，所以我們從晚上就寢前開始動作，隔天一早衣服就洗烘完成，只是您必須稍微忍受一點機器運轉的聲音。
Pros:

我們房內有洗衣機，隨時可以使用很方便。早餐美味可口，尤其喜歡煎魚的料理！

Cons:

二樓有供應茶水、咖啡的地方，可惜咖啡只有下午才有，另外，如果能增加果汁項目就更好了！四樓有一個裝置藝術，為的是展示一塊牛皮，但它被鋪蓋在一個很像棺材的物體上，有點令人驚嚇！

離車站很近，下大雪推著行李的時候非常方便。最喜歡的是有戶外大浴場，酒店整個裝潢很好看高級，房間蠻大的，窗外就可以看到整個車站，景色很好。性價比很高！
