Wellness, ochota personálu a jejich pozitivní přístup, klid a čistota pokojů. Dále se nám líbil doplňující program v ceně (např. "aperitiv odpoledne". Vynikající salátový bar a snídaně.

Cons:

Jídlo bylo chuťově průměrné, ale to se nedá považovat za negativní, protože i tak bylo rozhodně velice dobré, pouze ne vyloženě wow. Neplatí to ovšem pro salátový bar a snídaně, které byly naprosto excelentní.

Frühstück war perfekt. Das Zimmer hatte eine Badewanne aber keinen Duschkopfhalter. Das warme Wasser ist nur sehr langsam eingeronnen.

Gewoon uitstekend.
Pros:

Voor "5 sterren snobs" zoals wij wel worden gezien is dit hotel een verrassing. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend eten, maar wat vooral opvalt is de keuzerijkdom bij zowel het saladebuffet 's avonds en bij het ontbijtbuffet. Daar kunnen een aantal 5-sterren huizen een voorbeeld aan nemen. Zo was er vers geperste jus d'orange. Maar de keuze die er was, was helemaal geweldig.
Het hotel ligt een beetje afgelegen, 6 km buiten Vipiteno (Italië) aan de Jaufenpas. Bereikbaarheid is prima en je hebt een fantastisch uitzicht op het dal. Het hotel beschikt over veel faciliteiten en is met name geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. Er is een wellness, een zwembad, 2 tennisbanen (buiten) en diverse indoor faciliteiten. Er waren veel Italiaanse gezinnen toen wij er waren. Wij zijn er overigens maar 1 nacht geweest omdat wij op doorreis waren, maar het hotel heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Als we volgende keer in de Alpen/Dolomieten zijn, zullen we dit hotel zeer weer aandoen.

Un posto accogliente e rigenerante
Pros:

Piscina molto bella e ben tenuta, così come la SPA. Colazione molto ricca e variegata che poteva soddisfare qualsiasi esigenzaAbbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è incantevole, immersa nella natura, perfetta per rilassarsi e staccare la spina.
Le piscine, sia interna che esterna, sono splendide e ideali per ogni momento della giornata. La spa è curata e completa, perfetta dopo una camminata tra i sentieri.
La colazione è abbondante e con prodotti freschi, dolci e salati, davvero deliziosa. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile.
