אהבנו את ארוחת הבוקר שאינה בובה, אלא תפריט גדול ואיכותי שניתן להזמין בו הכל והאיכות בהתאם לתפריט איכותי ואישי.
Beautiful building, really well maintained. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a lovely display of fresh flowers. All members of the staff are well trained and very attentive. Breakfast was a delight with a trolley of fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereal brought to the table.

we had such a lovely stay for 5 days with my gf. location is really good. large space of the hotel is big bonus. it was build over 90 years ago so space wasnt an issue then :) room a bit small but managable. not enough space to 2 open luggage and not enough storage space but its ok. atmosphere in hotel was spot on. everyone is super nice. Pool area is a paradise. 2 pools. One adults only other is for kids. There is enough sunshine during the day. After sun goes slee mosquito comes so spray yourself. Breakfast is top quality level. There is menu with about 25 options and you can order anything as many as you like. Definitely worth to have food there. With tried almost everything and it’s all delicious. There is a cool little gym. Also jacuzzi, little sauna for few people as well as steam room. I used it daily :) honestly it’s very hard to find something wrong with this hotel. Paid 320$ per night with breakfast and for such a money and quality it’s a fair price even in country like Cambodia as everything is top level. In other parts of the world for such a place you would pay at least 3 times more money. So if budget allows it’s for sure great place to experience.
Absolutely beautifully maintained property it was a quiet haven in busy Phnom Penh. The staff were all extremely well trained and polite as you would expect and the outside pool area is exceptional as was the Elephant Bar.
Hard to criticise anything but some of our good wasn’t that hit and we had butler service and “ cocktails “ included in our room price but did not have experience either .

I got scammed out of $200 after I used the ATM inside the hotel. This left a very bad taste on the whole experience.

Superb French colonial heritage palace hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh, real luxurious 5* hotel, fully renovated and well appointed. The Elephant bar is wonderful. Staff perfect. Everything perfect.

Beautiful hotel, well-kept grounds. Welcoming staff, attention to detail especially for the weary European traveller from cooler climate! The hotel has a beautiful fragrance when you enter the main foyer, very relaxing and soothing. The room was aesthetically decorated, well-stocked with toiletries, fruit, towels and fresh water. The hotel itself was kept very clean, there were always staff around to assist. The breakfast had a good selection and especially healthy options. As you would expect from a 5 star hotel, 5 star prices otherwise don't go.
There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel.

Comme je suis arrivé à Phnom Penh un jour plus tôt que prévu (27 novembre au lieu du 28), j’ai effectué une réservations additionnelle (du 27 au 28) à la réservation initiale (du 28 novembre au 2 décembre). Le 28 au matin, la réception de l’hôtel m’indique que je pouvais garder la même chambre (numéro 145) pendant tout le séjour.
Mais, revenu à l’hôtel vers 18h, je constate que ma chambre n’a pas été faite. J’en informe aussitôt la réception qui n’est pas en mesure de me renseigner.
Le surlendemain, 30 novembre, je demande à la même personne de la réception s’il avait pu avoir des informations. Rien, sauf qu’il me répond que j’avais laissé "Privacy, please" sur la porte. Je lui indique que c’était complètement inexact, et que la chambre aurait dû être faite pendant ma longue absence le 28 novembre entre 9h du matin et 18 heures le soir.
J’ai quitté l’hôtel le 2 décembre sans explication aucune, ce qui me déçoit pour un hôtel de ce niveau, et qui semble relever d’un manque de communication entre les services de l’hôtel.

La camera era di dimensioni contenute e rumorosa; gli infissi sono vecchi e non isolanti, e sono scrostati e si chiudevano male. Il bagno era piuttosto piccolo. C’era poi una celebrazione natalizia (??) anacronistica e rumorosa. Naturalmente dal Raffles uno si attende di più.
