Real ellegance and sophistication

All the hotel staff is excellent and highly sophisticated. Too fascinating time I have spent.
The hotel offers various historical and cultural experiences as well. The real elegance of Khmer!　I would like to come back to stay here again ．

The best possible hotel experience
Pros:

This is the best hotel in Siem Reap by a long margin-everything is exquisite, has style and quality. The breakfast is divine, the restaurant excellent, the pool and garden an oasis, the staff could not be kinder and the the building and its interiors stylish and restful.

Great facilities, beautiful grounds and amazing staff . Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Pros:

exceptional amenities! comfortable, clean and very helpful staff . Room rate are high and no breakfast included. This to us was a great disappointment. Otherwise we were extremely satisfied.

Un séjour parfait dans cet hôtel élégant et paisible
Pros:

Un séjour vraiment exceptionnel au Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor, où tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien.
La piscine est tout simplement sensationnelle, au milieu d’un très beau jardin, et l’on a vraiment l’impression d’être dans un havre de paix.
L’hôtel est à taille humaine, ni trop grand ni trop petit, ce qui crée une atmosphère intime et très chaleureuse.

Les employés sont fantastiques : gentils, souriants, disponibles et très professionnels, on se sent vraiment accueilli et accompagné du début à la fin du séjour.
Tout est parfaitement entretenu, des chambres aux espaces communs en passant par le jardin, avec un vrai sens du détail.
Je reviendrai très probablement dans cet hôtel lors d’un prochain séjour et je remercie sincèrement tout le personnel, qui a été absolument adorable, serviable et vraiment fantastique.
