really enjoyed my stay and pleasantly surprised by the quality of rooms and accommodating staff!
Pros:

Excellent staff, great location and very nice, clean and spacious rooms. The rooms have a very executive feel to them, with plenty of desk space for me to work.

Cons:

The halls don't have any carpet, so the sound of other guests tends to echo through the halls.

Clean! Comfy beds. Fridge, nespresso machine. Nice to have on site restaurant. Location good. Staff helpful, friendly.

Pros:

Wow! I think this must be the best hotel in town!! The staff was friendly, the hallways were open and bright, but my room! Clean, lots of lighting, a fabulous shower, and there was even a towel made into a swan on my bed!

Cons:

That I had to leave so early in the morning!!

I did not enjoy our stay. Found it very unwelcoming very cold in the sense of interior design.
Pros:

Hotel restaurant was close for staff party.

Cons:

Price. Interior design. Hallway lights make you feel like you’re in a hospital. Staff was more interested in staff party than helping guests.

Pros:

This place was perfect - restaurant in ground floor, helpful staff, even an upgrade to a family room with a kitchen.
Whitehorse in winter is quite hard to go outside so luckily the unit was close to many places to eat and town.

The staff was amazingly nice and helpful!

Cons:

The parking was not as convenient as I expected. The snow storms the week before probably contributed to that.

Very comfortable place, great location in Whitehorse
Pros:

Super comfy beds and spacious suites. Good amenities. Staff was very friendly and prompt to respond to a noise issue in the middle of the night. Convenient location-- a walk to downtown and Shipyard park. We loved our stay.

Cons:

It would be great if all the parking was covered-- we visited in the winter.
