Jubilee Prestige Hotel Ratchadapisek is easily one of the best-value Bonvoy properties in Bangkok, with a location that’s hard to beat. It’s conveniently situated near an MRT station and surrounded by a wide variety of local dining options, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The area is also widely regarded by locals as a hotspot for some of the best Chinese cuisine in town.
The property was recently reflagged from Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada and is in the process of transitioning into a JW Marriott Bangkok Ratchadapisek. Even in its current state, it already offers many of the facilities you would expect from a five-star hotel. Once renovations are complete, it will undoubtedly become a strong contender among Bangkok’s top luxury properties.
Like others in its class, the hotel features a strong selection of suites, a well-appointed executive lounge, and an extensive breakfast spread at its main restaurant.
What truly set this property apart during my stay was the exceptional service. Nalin, Earn, and the entire front desk team went above and beyond, consistently assigning me one of the best newly renovated rooms available. Across three separate stays within the same month, they made a genuine effort to accommodate my preferences. Their attentiveness and warmth made me feel both valued and at home as a long-term elite member. I would highly recommend this property, especially for higher-tier Bonvoy elite members.
One experience in particular stood out. During my first stay, I urgently needed to get to the airport but had no local currency or phone number, which meant I couldn’t book a ride through local apps. Plug, the bellman on duty, immediately stepped in to help—he arranged transportation, covered the fare upfront, and even provided cash for the tolls. Without his initiative and generosity, I likely would have missed my flight. Although I later repaid him, his kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression.

We had a lovely experience staying at the Jubilee prestige hotel ! The place is very impressive, the marble tiles , the grand chandeliers , wonderful friendly staff , very clean and spacious ! Delicious food with lots of variety ! We enjoyed the executive club and noted that the special care and attention from a staff team member called Mane ! Thank you !
Tucked away in a convenient 5 minutes walk from the Huay Khwang MRT Exit 3 is the Jubilee Ratchadapisek Hotel. Tge hotel joined the Marriott Bonvoy programme last year and I did a year end stay with my family. Jubilee is on the way towards a JW Marriott as such there is work in progress. I waa very impressed with the excellent associates service. I usually move around by BTS and MRT and as such will be walking to the hotel. What strikes me is the security gentleman who always come to help bring my bag up to the concierge after securing the traffic. Well I usually arrive at off peak hours, so traffic is light.
Check-in is usually fast. You get the standard upgrade to Executive Lounge floor for Titanium (and Platinum).
Rooms are spacious compared to the city centre. Things work - that is the most important thing!
Executive lounge offers afternoon tea from 2pm - 4pm with sandwiches, cut fruits and pastries in addition to non-alcoholic drinks. Evening cocktails has a good spread of hot food, salads, cakes and Thai desserts along with a good mix of wines, cocktails, beer and mocktails. This runs from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The good thing about the lounge right now is that is is not crowded unlike many other lounges. Food is replenished quickly. I want to record my appreciation to Khun Minnie, Khun Juju (two of the best trainees), Khun Zohran, Khun Earb, Khun Main (new trainee) and the every proactive Khun Magnum who anticipates everyone and remember your preferences.
Buffet Breakfast is at 204 Bistro with a wide selection of Thai Food (probably the best variety), the usual Western food and don't forget the ice cream! Khun Aon usually greets us. Chef Navin and Chef Pao is alway there to make sure the kitchen is running and also in hand to cook and support their team!
The Gym is very well equipped. The pool is just so so - not very attractive. The sauna's temperature is decent.
Jubilee Market Coffee House has good ambience with good coffee.
The hotel is within walking distance to Jodd Fair Night Market.
Overall a really good addition to Marriott Bonvoy with exceptional associates service.
Great location just 2min walk away from the nearest MRT Huai Khwang station which will lead you to the major attractions and shopping area in Bangkok city.
The atmosphere of the hotel has a grand vibes when you enter through its front doors and they have a huge gym and swimming pool area which is perfect for relaxation and I highly recommend booking a room with the executive lounge access as the services provided by the executive lounge team is amazing making you feel as though you’re back home. Special shout out to Khun Magnum, Khun JuJu, Khun Minnie and Khun Main for their exceptional attentional to detail and making all their guests feeling very welcomed.
The rooms are newly renovated and you will not be disturbed by any of your neighbours as the walls are solid and I’ve not heard any noises from the outside when I’m in my room resting. The cleanliness of the room is always kept in order by the staff leaving a flower on the bed which makes the bed feel so welcoming after a long day outside.
Very value for money when you choose to stay at this hotel, highly recommend to book this hotel if Bangkok is on your travel list.
Executive lounge lacking in F&B spread & quality. Hot items include fried rice! Check out your peer JW at Sukhumvit Soi 4 or Westin Grande for ideas.

Location is near Mrt convenience to travel. Room is clean and luxurious. The food and services in Executive lounge are great. The crew members included Khun Mag, Khun Minnie, Khun Juju and Khun Main and the chef, Khun Dhen are enthusiastic with smiles when do the service although the Saturday night crowded.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Jubilee Prestige Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a VIP experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, featuring a fantastic pool and a well-equipped gym that we thoroughly enjoyed.
The dining options were a highlight—the bars and restaurants on-site are excellent and very convenient. Our room was spotlessly clean and modern. What really made the difference, however, was the staff; they were super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we felt spoiled. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!
Location and Staff
It is supposed to be five star hotel. It had no business center and computers. You have to pay 31 Bhat to print one paper. Seriously??? What we get easily in three star hotel in US, we can not get in 5 star hotel. What a pity? They do not have a microwave in the room. It is not a luxury. It is a necessity. It should not be considered as five star hotel
