2-night stay with comfort and true hospitality
Pros:

I had to attend the conference at the hotel for 2 days in January 2026, and I decided to stay at this property. The property is in the process of being fully rebranded to JW Ratchadapisek. However, the service and standard of Marriott never fade away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The corner room was spacious with functional facilities. The food at the Japanese restaurant was great, so I could eat from the menu by paying only one price. I loved the pastries and coffee at the lobby coffee shop. The location was good and a 5-minute walk to the subway MRT. Highly appreciate Khun Sasidhorn (Wahn), who welcomed and bid farewell upon departure. Will definitely go back for sure. See you at JW Ratchadapisek.

it’s a hidden gem in the Marriott portfolio,
Pros:

It’s a little way out of the city centre. It’s a quiet neighbourhood. As there’s an MRT station nearby, it’s not too difficult to get to.

The rooms are a little dated. However, they are generally well maintained. It’s a hotel with a slightly classic feel.

The staff are excellent and professional. The happy hour for Marriott Elite members is rather good, and, considering the price, I think I’d personally prefer this hotel to those in the city centre.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. Furthermore, Earncha, who looked after me in the lounge throughout my stay, was a very friendly and competent member of staff; I hope to have the opportunity to return there in the near future.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel great room!

Cons:

Told property was a 5 star property....many small details show that 4stars at tops for money paid.

Lounge access was good not great. Left over chicken pandan wraps over cooked and left from prior day banquet floor.

Omelet station at breakfast kept reusing pan without wiping out dried burnt egg from each order..2 days in a row.

Missed the 5 star turn down service

The hotel is under renovation, but it was still great.
Pros:

This hotel has recently joined the Marriott portfolio, so as a Marriott member, I decided to stay here for the first time.

The bell staff were polite, efficient, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Wan, the Front Office Manager, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Our suite was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. It was also located on the same floor as the Executive Lounge, which made it very convenient to access.

The Executive Lounge, however, could use some improvement. The operating hours were rather limited, and one of the female staff members appeared unmotivated. She was sitting in the guest seating area while using her phone. Since the reception desk is directly opposite the elevators, this was one of the first things guests saw when they stepped out, which unfortunately left a poor impression.

Some areas of the carpet near the bed seemed to collect dust, so I would not recommend this hotel for guests with severe dust allergies. However, I understand that the renovated rooms are located on the lower floors, and requesting one of those may be a better option.

Another special mention goes to Noey, the Restaurant Manager. She was by far the hardest-working member of the team, constantly moving around to make sure everything ran smoothly. The restaurant was beautifully presented, well organized, and the tables were cleared very quickly. Every member of the restaurant staff was friendly and professional, even though I can’t mention everyone by name.

The swimming pool was clean and peaceful, but the surrounding area felt rather dated. Most of the deck was concrete with patches of artificial grass, there were very few sun loungers, and the overall layout didn’t make the best use of the available space. There was no pool bar or background music, and the landscaping felt sparse. I hope this area will also be renovated in the future.

Although the hotel itself is showing its age, what truly sets it apart is its people. The long-serving staff, in particular, demonstrate the genuine professionalism, warmth, and hospitality that define a great hotel experience. Their dedication made our stay memorable, and I look forward to seeing the hotel after its renovations are complete.

I've been here before. I'll be back again
Pros:

What a delight! My 2nd trip at Jubilee Prestige. It is not on a street filled with bars and massages parlors, and thank heavens for that. The Ratchada location is home to some great restaurants, proximity to some of the largest malls in the city and quit enough to even enjoy a night walkabout.

Ms Nalintip arranged for a stunning room for my wife & I. And the hotel were super attentive on every floor we visited. The staff are a superteam.

And oh! What a marvelous gym they have! Better equipped than my regular one! :-)

Thank you all @JubileePrestige
