I stayed for a week travellling for business. It is a good high-end hotel.
From the website I didn't know it was part of the Marriot group. Unfortunately I missed my points and status privileges.
I recently dined at 204 Bistro inside the Jubilee Ratchada Hotel, and I am still blown away by the experience. The food was delicious, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the service.
The staff genuinely goes beyond expectation. A special shoutout to Noey and Por, who are absolute superstars! They don’t just take orders; they truly think beyond guest needs and anticipate everything before you even have to ask. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel incredibly welcome.
If you are looking for great food paired with world-class hospitality in Ratchada, this is the place to go. I will definitely be back!
Big hotel near to Huikwang area- lots of food around here. Near Huikwang night market, Jodd fair night market. Room is huge and clean but a little bit old style. A fantastic gym-so big and a lot of equipments. Pool - amazing, open are , catch up very much sun light during the day. Staff are very helpful many thanks to Plug bell man and Lily at the Japanese restaurant. Highly recommend!

The room was exactly what I needed, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. It felt like a space where you can truly relax and recharge, which is something I always look for when I travel.
Location-wise, it was super convenient. Getting around Bangkok was easy, and I loved being close to everything while still having a quiet place to come back to.

Jubilee Prestige Hotel Ratchadapisek is easily one of the best-value Bonvoy properties in Bangkok, with a location that’s hard to beat. It’s conveniently situated near an MRT station and surrounded by a wide variety of local dining options, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The area is also widely regarded by locals as a hotspot for some of the best Chinese cuisine in town.
The property was recently reflagged from Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada and is in the process of transitioning into a JW Marriott Bangkok Ratchadapisek. Even in its current state, it already offers many of the facilities you would expect from a five-star hotel. Once renovations are complete, it will undoubtedly become a strong contender among Bangkok’s top luxury properties.
Like others in its class, the hotel features a strong selection of suites, a well-appointed executive lounge, and an extensive breakfast spread at its main restaurant.
What truly set this property apart during my stay was the exceptional service. Nalin, Earn, and the entire front desk team went above and beyond, consistently assigning me one of the best newly renovated rooms available. Across three separate stays within the same month, they made a genuine effort to accommodate my preferences. Their attentiveness and warmth made me feel both valued and at home as a long-term elite member. I would highly recommend this property, especially for higher-tier Bonvoy elite members.
One experience in particular stood out. During my first stay, I urgently needed to get to the airport but had no local currency or phone number, which meant I couldn’t book a ride through local apps. Plug, the bellman on duty, immediately stepped in to help—he arranged transportation, covered the fare upfront, and even provided cash for the tolls. Without his initiative and generosity, I likely would have missed my flight. Although I later repaid him, his kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression.
