Let me begin by saying that all travelers really appreciate when they arrive at a destination early, being allowed to check in if the room is ready. It’s just common courtesy to tired travelers. I have stayed at this location numerous times and for some reason, they do not allow this. They will tell you that, even though the parking lot is totally empty, your room won’t be clean until 4:00. Let’s presume for a moment that an empty parking lot means nothing- it’s just too coincidental that every time I go there, the room will be clean at 4:00. Once I even went with my small grandchildren- same crap. They made us sit there until 4:00 sharp. So I firmly believe that for some odd reason they will never allow you to check in until 4:00, and that is pretty uncommon these days. It is called the hospitality business, right?

I have kept coming back because the price is often unbeatable and typically their staff is decent. Right now they have a very friendly staff whom I enjoyed. The bed and room is comfortable. The location is very good. However do not plan on using the coffee packets in the room- it’s is wretched. I forgot to bring my own this time and yuck! I could have got dressed and went to the other building for coffee in the lobby but I was too lazy. Isn’t that kinda what vacay is all about?! Additionally it’s probably time to replace the tv remotes. Not one of the three remotes in our two bedroom suite worked very well.

I don’t know if I will go back - there is definitely good and bad here.

The space in the apartment was lovely. We could work and sleep comfortably.

Feont desk was friendly, breakfast was good, hotel was overall clean. A bit on the older side, but thats nothing that the staff can do about. Carpet was clean, TV worked, and water pressure was good. Overall, a good safe place to stay.

Away from the busy part of the city. Easy to navigate around and very close to garden of the gods.

This is one of the worst hotel states that I have ever been to. I don’t usually write bad reviews because I have stated some really crappy motels, but the staff here was absolutely disgusting, rude, and liars. They charge me twice for the room and I had to claim it as fraud on my card because they kept telling me that they refunded it and it’s been over three weeks and nothing has been refunded. The air-conditioning in the room did not work in the room was very dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the television did not work. The manager had told me that she’s going to be refunding me partially for part of the room being so horrible and the bathroom smells so bad with the floor coming up. The manager pretty much played phone games and when I called does not answer the phone. I will be reporting this flight to the Better Business Bureau and this place should be avoided completely.

Our kids loved the outdoor pool! The room was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t large, but did have a couple hot options. Definitely appreciated all the dishes/amenities inside the room as well.

Flies in the room, requested room cleaning three times. Everytime assured it would be done but not cleanrd til day 4th day, dryers out of service the whole time we were there, no hot water last day we were there, Shower door off if hinge, not fixed til day before we left. One day breakfast out if brown syger plastic glasses and coconut topping. Trash behind side table on day of arrival. Television control didn't always work buttonfor on/off Channels stalled delayed.

Decent stay for one night, got in late and needed something last minute. Property was average, needs some updates
