The Cleanliness

Suite à mon quatrième séjour au Privato Makati :
- Propreté générale (espaces communs et chambres)
- Bien situé, légèrement en retrait du centre de Makati, dans un quartier paisible avec commodités à proximité (restaurants, 7/1...)
- Piscine très agréable et une salle de sport, toutes deux au dernier étage, en accès libre jusqu'à 22h
- Chambre spacieuse, confortable (lit immense !) et bien équipée (bouilloire, réfrigérateur, bureau...)
- Personnel aux petits soins

paola and claude were very accommodating. we stayed as a family and all of our requests were granted. thanks also to dave we had a nice breakfast. plus kuya security who gave us solid suggestions on where to go around makati. we definitely stay in private again.

Special thanks to limbo for helping to book a grab and for always giving recommendations to the nearest restaurant and also to claude and shiela for accomodating all the request.

Hi we had a great stay .Very clean place exceptional staff. They are so friendly. I’d recommend this all day every day. We had our family . They gave us three rooms so we had a room and teenagers had one of their own almost and there’s a pool too

Super worth it stay! Hotel is affordable but the service feels premium. Claude and Paola were very helpful and they made sure everything was okay during my stay. Patrick in housekeeping are very friendly and he keeps my room clean everyday. Thanks to Shiela for helping me book a car going to airport.

One of the best budget hotels I’ve stayed at in Makati. staff is very welcoming. Front desk staff are very courteous and friendly, special thank to Camille, Shiela and Paola they are always helpful and easy to approach. Patrick and Aris was excellent too, the room that I’ve stayed was very clean and well maintained. Definitely a good choice if you want comfort without spending too much.

Stayed again at Privato Hotel Makati and the service is always great. Shoutout to Patrick from housekeeping and the fellas with him that day, super polite and helpful when I asked for extra coffee and sugar. Even though I missed the room make-up timing, he still offered to help and at least change the towels.

Front desk staff were also very polite and welcoming. I’ve been a loyal guest here every time I come home to the Philippines, and the great service is why I keep coming back.

Paturi confortabile, curatenie excelenta, tot hotelul mirosea foarte frumos, zona acoperis piscine si terasa foarte frumos, curat. Personal ambil, mereu zambitor si saritor.

Mic dejun bun, curatenia era peste asteptari, personal foarte amabil. Tot hotelul mirosea foarte frumos. Zona piscina foarte curata, Aproape de zona shopping.

The staff were excellent in every factor and went out of their way to make you comfortable.

Aris was very prompt and polite, Shiela was warm and proactively providing information and she is very helpful she knows what shes doing. Good job to you both.

Ambiance is very relaxing and comfortable, and the room is really clean. Rooftop pool in the night is also a nice place to chill, and the breakfast is good too. But what really stands out is the staff. Big thanks to Claude for being so considerate and allowing me to check in early, Sheila on the night shift for always accommodating my request, and Patrick for always assisting me. Super affordable, but the service really feels like 5 star.
