I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area, but Privato Makati stands out for its modern facilities. The gym is compact but has everything you need for a quick morning workout—clean, well-ventilated, and easy to access. I also appreciated the fast WiFi in the lobby and the comfortable seating areas, which were perfect for catching up on emails before my meetings. The overall aesthetic is very minimalist and professional. Definitely my new go to in Makati.

Around 4am in the morning yung breakfast sa back parking is already there. Ok naman siya since may mga takip but suddenly may malaking daga na nag roroaming dahil unattended yung foodthen nakita ko yung plastic parang may butas. that’s why hindi ako nag brekafast that morning.

My third stay here and it never disappoints! The rooms are always clean, I always get great deals when booking, and the parking is super convenient and hassle-free. Definitely one of my go-to hotels.

We always choose Privato Hotel Makati whenever we stay in Metro Manila because it offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making every stay relaxing and enjoyable. We especially love the swimming pool—it’s well-maintained and perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

What makes this hotel even more special is the staff. The receptionists, guards, and all the employees are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always greet guests with a smile. Their excellent service makes us feel welcome every time we check in.

Another huge plus is the free parking, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, Privato Hotel Makati consistently gives us a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Makati. We will definitely keep coming back!

The hotel is well kept. Service is good and staff are accomodating. I didnt encounter any issue in my room and you get what you pay for.

The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is pretty nice too, it wasn’t too busy and close to everything. The breakfast was also pretty good not much options as it’s already preset but not bad. All the staff were also very nice and accommodating.

The room was nice, modern, and comfortable. However, I hope the air conditioning can be properly maintained, as we experienced that it was not cold enough during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection on the television was also disconnected around 9:00 AM, and I was unable to reconnect it.

Regarding the pool area, I suggest improving its cleanliness. Some parts had visible stains, and there were floating particles in the water that affected the overall experience. It would also be great to add more benches and umbrellas around the pool area for guests’ comfort.

These are only suggestions, and I hope they can help improve the experience for future guests.

actually i didnt expect much with thia hotel but its actually exceeded my expectation. dining area are clean and most of all the staff. im was working in other hotels in manila but they are not consistent in greeting guest, but here? woooww the mabuhay gesture is very alive. staff here are very well trained to interact with the guest. to the one who check me in her name is Shiela is exceptional also the cleaners who keeping my room tidy kudos to you Mark.

Had a wonderful stay at Privato Makati! The hotel was clean, cozy, and very relaxing. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Location is very near my training venue, so it was a nice 7-minute walk to Inquirer.

The staff are polite and respectful! Breakfast service is good, as well.

Room is clean and AC is very cold.

Bonus points for having a great treadmill machine in the gym room.

The accomodation was great and nice. Also, all the staff is kind and very approachable. The room was comfortable and beautiful that we can relax and enjoy the moment.
