Excelentes atendentes. Bom Café da manhã. Ar condicionado do quarto não esquentava. Gostei muito de ter várias vagas de estacionamento cobertas.

Quem está acostumado com coisas boas leva um choque. O nome do hotel é adequado, centenário. Precisa se modernizar. A limpeza, instalações, cama e café são péssimos

Pros:

Na reserva o hotel comportava piscina, porém ela estava em manutenção nos dias que fiquei, isso poderia ter sido avisado. Na recepção, alguns eram simpáticos outros nem tanto. O quarto não vale o valor que é cobrado, além disso, tinha que deixar a chave do quarto na recepção fazendo caminhar metros já que os quartos eram longe, e depois voltava tudo para pegar o carro na garagem. Minha sugestão, investir em modernização e ajustes no atendimento.
