he hotel room was exceptionally good, cozy, and very clean, featuring a highly comfortable bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly, making the overall stay an absolute pleasure.

Das Frühstück war super. Die Frühstücksdame die ebenfalls ein 2 jähriges Kind hat war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab einfach alles.
Das Zimmer war sauber. Es war sehr ruhig. Es gab eine Klimaanlage.

Clean good breakfast and nice restaurant close
Simply a great hotel, we have been coming for years and the staff always do their best to fulfill all requests, this hotel has been kept at a high level for years by the very staff and of course the management that equips them. Special thanks to the reception staff!

Not a criticism - a suggestion - maybe the staff should sometimes draw attention to the behavior of guests at breakfast, from talking on the phone to throwing food - I know it's a little inconvenient for the staff, but some guests really, especially since breakfast is included in the room price, go overboard with throwing food.

Dit is de tweede keer dat mijn man en ik in dit hotel verbleven tijdens onze vakantie in Zwitserland. Opnieuw werden onze verwachtingen overtroffen en hebben we een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en we voelden ons opnieuw zeer welkom. De kamers zijn heel schoon, wat ons de vorige keer ook al goed beviel en de kamer was lekker rustig. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker. De locatie is gemakkelijk te bereiken en het is een groot pluspunt dat het direct naast een winkelcentrum ligt. Ontzettend bedankt voor het hele fijne verblijf en mochten we weer in Zwitserland zijn, dan komen we zeker terug!
