The stay would have been great if I wasn't double charged, and told about the additional $100.00 fee

I was charged twice, and was not credited right away.
I was not told about the additional price of $100.00 for a holding fee.

The public bathroom was out of soap and paper towls for two days.

Our water handle came off of the bathtub.

There were no sheets for the pull out bed.

Our original keys didn't work after getting an extra key.
I was locked out of the outside pool area, and used the gate to get out of the area.
Once at my room, the key wouldn't let me in.

It was awesome we will stay there again.

I was shocked at how nice the hotel was for the price. The rooms are nice, the staff was amazing.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and attentive. We were handed water bottles and cookies upon check in. Breakfast was hot and included eggs, bacon, hash browns and fresh fruit. Very impressive.

Perfect Place to Stay for my Visit - Would stay again.
Pros:

I like the location. It was close to Bothell and Woodinville as well as easy access to other areas nearby. I could get around without having to go onto the freeways; however, access to I405, SR522 and SR202 were close and easy to reach. The area was quiet, which surprised me because of the proximity to 405. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The thermostat took a bit to figure out, but the temperature in the room was comfortable. I wish they had a hotel info page accessible via the TV. I like reading about the hotel and surrounding area when I first get to a hotel. Not a big deal, but would be nice.

I’d stay there again. Good location.
Pros:

Nice entry & parking. Liked the spacious suites. Staff were great. Liked the welcome waters & cookies.

Cons:

Bathroom was dated so it looked less clean than it was . Breakfast options wasn’t that great.

Pros:

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Example, we were able to check in the following day, instead of the night of. They accidentally gave us someone’s room and quickly corrected it. We got a free meal for two as a result. This particular Holiday Inn is older, so it’s not as nice as others that have been built since 2014.
