Pros:

地點超棒...........就在札幌 JR 旁邊, 就算雪地裡拖行裡也是短短的3分鐘路程
沒訂早餐
四人房算大了, 至少能攤開3各28吋行李箱,還有路走坊間乾淨採光好

Cons:

櫃台人員比較沒有笑容, 也不會英文(日本旅館都是這樣,也不意外了)

一切都很好，價格雖高，但有相對的品質。
Pros:

地點很棒、有JR、地鐵交通方便、櫃檯服務、客房空間都很棒、衣帽間很大、冬天吊掛大件外套空間充裕，早餐選擇豐富。對面就有很多商場，購物方便。
客房有加濕器很棒。

また宿泊したいし、以前食べた朝食が最高でしたので、主人にも食べさせたいと思いました！
Pros:

行った際に腰が痛いため、スタッフの女性が親切に荷物を部屋に運んで下さり、気さくに話もして嬉しかったです　
夜はどこかの部屋から騒音がありまして、来てくださった男性スタッフの方も感じ良くて、爽やかでした！　本当に感謝致します🙇

Cons:

おトイレに入った際に、蒸れたようなドブ臭い様な？臭いがしました　
後で分かったのですが、バスタブの間が黒くなっていて、そこからの臭いだと思いました　
１度外して洗ったら良いと思います

新札幌駅前で、24階からの眺望はとても良かった。
朝食はまずまず（最近はどこもスクランブルエッグの質が落ちた）スパは宿泊者料金ならアリ。

Cons:

浴室の蛇口など年季を感じた。
飲料水としては美味しくなかったが、使用自体は問題なかったので納得はしている。

充実した1泊
Pros:

朝食はとても美味しかったです。もっと色々食べたかったのですがお腹が一杯になり断念しました😭
外国の方が多く食事が終わったときにスタッフさんが
thank youと声をかけてくれたのですが
こちらがご馳走様でしたと言うとありがとうございますと返してくれました。
日本語はなんかホッとしますね☺️
上層階に宿泊し景色も最高でした
