Pros:

Stayed at the Osceola location. The atmosphere was fantastic, very calming, and relaxing; no high drama. The room was exactly as described but better. I didn’t realize I had got a room on the second floor; I didn’t know if I could do steps, Jeff changed it to accommodated me to the first floor with no steps. The rooms are the cleanest rooms we have saw in the last two weeks of staying in motels; the price was well worth it. The staff, I want to give a hands up to Jeff, who checked us in and got us settled. No complaints about the other staff. The cleanliness of the Motel was 10 out of 10; would stay here again for casual or business or whatever it may be. The pool I was skeptical because I don’t normally use pools, but I did this time. They do not have a hot tub with the pool was great and also clean. Price is best bang for the buck when compared to competitors.

The front desk person was great. Friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hot tub was out of service.. that was one of the reasons I choose this hotel so that was a bummer. I probably would have booked somewhere else if I had known. Fortunately I had booked the jacuzzi tub room so all was not lost, but the pool is not nearly as great without the option of warming up in the hot tub now and then

Old Motel, Stained Sheets
Pros:

This AmericInn is a done-over old motel with low, cottage cheese ceilings. The first room we were assigned had stained sheets (See photo). We were then assigned a room that smelled off—somewhat like stale buttered popcorn. There were no other available rooms and the desk clerk wouldn’t give us clean sheets for the normal smelling room, so we were stuck with the stale popcorn room.

The breakfast was fine, and the bed itself was firm (with good , well-stuffed pillows).

Pros:

Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

It was a little tired as a facility and needed some updating. There was no elevator and we needed to be reassigned to the first floor.
