시설이 많이 노후화 되었으나, 침구류는 깨끗함. 컴퓨터 있고, 구식은 아님. TV는 50인치인데, 백라이트 수리 필요한 상태. 냉장고 노후화로 냉장능력 떨어짐. 에어컨은 시원함.
