Great place to stay for cleanliness and comfort.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Iva, the lady who maintains the breakfast, was the sweetest lady. Enjoyed staying there for the one night.

Cons:

Our only complaint is the pillows are too thick. Need a couple thinner ones. However, we have found the hotels we've stayed at all have very thick pillows.

We liked everything about our stay as mentioned above but the staff we encountered from front desk to housekeeping were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about their responsibilities

Pros:

Housekeeping staff were really great someone checked with us each morning.to see if we needed anything.
Breakfast was great every morning ,everyone was helpful, staff was fantastic.

Cons:

They did not have guest laundry facility there. We had to ask were the laundromat was. We were there for several days for the nascar races. I will start watching more when I book a hotel to make sure quest laundry is on their list.

We’ve stayed here previously but maintenance seems to have slipped from last time.

Cons:

Our room needed some TLC. Bathroom tub had mold and no soap for the tub. Desk chair broken and desk did not appear clean. Also areas of hall carpet were taped down on the edges.

Train ur staff better
Pros:

The location was near restaurants and easy to find

Cons:

The guy at check in was horrible and we had to wait 25 minutes for him to come downstairs to check in and he was rude
