Cons:

For my entire stay 3 nights the damn elevator didn't work at one point I had to go across a catwalk over the roof and down because of the elevator which my daughter in-law fell on the ladder so it was a huge inconvenience!!

Janitors/Internal Maintenance need Help!:
Pros:

Location. Watched a Movie, Theater, both concrssion area and the theater itself was immaculate.

Cons:

Staff at Front Desk were not Friendly, nor Helpful. The Casino area, including the Sports Book and throughout the Casino Floor there was trash and the carpet was streaked with black marks throughout the Casino. The Glass portion of the Entrance/ Exit doors I used had fingerprints and were generally quite dirty. I don't smoke, but Ashtrays, especially in the Race & Sports Book were full of cigarette butts and ashes.
The Cleaning Crew, I think the correct nomenclature is Internal Maintenance, could use some Remedial Training and better Supervision!

Pros:

ease of parking and check in.

Cons:

patrons next door were loud when they finally called it a day at 3am. And paying $18 for a water and protien drink in the lobby.

Mattress old and lumpy
Pros:

The room was clean but the MATTRESS was very low to floor and very lumpy!!! My husband and I were both in pain when we got up. The bathroom is very small. I would not recommend staying here.

For a high value nicely updated room and good basic stay Santa Fe Station is a good option.
Pros:

The room updates make Santa Fe Station a very pleasant stay. We had no hint of smoke on our floor, unlike previous stays there. The common areas still need some refreshing but what’s there is always clean. The food options are just okay but not bad. Free parking is a bonus. Overall, with its bargain prices Santa Fe Station is hard to beat if you’re staying in the northwest Vegas area.

Cons:

Limited food middle of the road food options. The little store doesn’t have much to select from beyond bare essentials.

It was clean and neat.. dated. But, affordable. The restaurants there were very nice and affordable.

We had to walk around to find someone that worked there for directions.. we were told that what we were looking for was just around the corner? There's a 1,000 corners!

Expectations shattered ...
Pros:

Close to my son's house. Easy to find.

Cons:

Room noise, very slow elevators, fire alarm going off at 1100 Pm, in general the hotel is a second thought. Confusing billing, it appears I was charged way more for the room than expected. Shower floors were slippery, as in not cleaned properly.
