The comfort of the bed

Cons:

How I was made to go up to my room to call for a bellman then made to come back down to get my belongings. When all I wanted was a cart to take my belongings to my room. The price of the room for what was offered. There should have been a breakfast to go with the room for the price.

The walk was very long, and the wait for the elevator was intolerable because only one elevator was working.

Room was clean everyone was very polite and toke care of all are needs and they respected my service seizure alert dog I appreciated it I will recommend it to friends and family thank you.

Whole place including non smoking areas smelt of smoke. Pillows were dirty. Double charged for room and took them a week to get their head around the issue
