Pros:

Large comfortable bed with clean linen
Coffee and tea with milk powder and sugar provided unlike some
Good air conditioning
Good size room
Good working plug right near the bed
Seating area with sofa and table
Fridge provided
Wardrobe area provided with hangers
Had enough toilet paper which I find rare
Towels provided

Cons:

It's not as luxury and clean as the photos seem, it's a tad tired and not the cleanest.
The main issue I had was the smell, it had a dreadful smell from the bathroom and also possibly the AC unit.
Could do with a deep clean and some attention to the drains then it'd be perfect.
Be prepared for a long hike up stairs with luggage also.

Ok for short staying
Pros:

It’s central and at ten minutes walking from the main streets and markets. Easy check in and check out, and in front of a seven eleven and many other markets if you need something quickly.

Cons:

The photos are a little bit different from the reality. The place is a little ruined and the photos are showing a really new place. So can be a little misleading if you think about staying in a brand new apartment. But in the end it’s ok not fantastic but neither ugly. I would say that if four people with luggages decide to stay here the room would be quite small.

Pros:

Inexpensive, clean and location is convenient. Staff is available via messaging and I think they'll come quickly if needed.
There is a water cooler with drinking water (less need for plastic!)

Cons:

No nice view, or desire to open a window, it's either a street or facility roof/yard.

Nice location, money worth. Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The entrance leading up to the room is a bit narrow, but can walk through. Theres also no lift, only stairs. I dont mind that. The price was worth it and the rooms are comfortable.
