The breakfast is great

I recently had the pleasure of leading an event here with Muslim Sisters of Éire, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations.
A special mention must go to Julianna, and Betty — their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made all the difference. Coordinating with them was an absolute pleasure; they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The service throughout the event was equally outstanding.
It was truly an honour working with such a dedicated team, and I would not hesitate to return for future events. If you're looking for a venue with staff who go above and beyond, look no further!

As a diamond member upon checkin this was not acknowledged which is disappointing.
This hotel has no lounge nor does it offer anything such as a complimentary drinks voucher.
The water in room was not replaced / you got 2 bottles when in room and nothing else - we were in a premium room.
The breakfast selection was ok - nothing spectacular and on the Sunday the hotel was busy for breakfast and they kept running out of things for the hot buffet - I can’t recall going up and everything was there !!!

The only good thing was the metro stop is literally outside and from there you get into city within 10minutes

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we received excellent feedback from our delegates. Lunch in the restaurant was very good and well received by everyone.

During the conference, the only minor issue was some noise from the neighbouring room. We hope the partitioning could be improved for soundproofing, as we would love to return in the future. It would also have been nice to have a dedicated refreshment area rather than having this located in the corridor.

The on-site team was excellent and extremely helpful throughout the event, with Louise and Fabius being especially supportive.

Really enjoyed my visit to this hotel and was really surprised by the excellent refurbishment throughout.

The rooms are very calming and really nicely appointed. The linen quality is superb.

Dinner was very enjoyable and the bar was excellent.

All the team were friendly, warm, welcoming and really well presented.

I look forward to returning again soon.

Brilliant location, secure parking, beautiful decor and incredibly friendly staff

I loved everything. Everything was very clean and organized. The service was wonderful. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I met Lucas and Monique, who were lovely. There was also another Brazilian in the restaurant whose name I forgot to ask, and another Brazilian at reception. Truly, everyone made me very happy with my stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it. I want to say again thank you!!!! 🩷

OTAVIO has been super kind and very helpful. He resolved all the questions raised with his professional approach. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again with such good experience.

My Mum and I booked this stay for my Dad’s birthday weekend and we are very glad of this choice. We stayed 1 night from Sat 28 February-Sun 1 March. The hotel’s location is perfect. It has underground private parking for residents and guests which was handy and it is only a 30min walk from city centre. It is close enough for a stroll but also far enough from all the noise and traffic that comes with the city centre so our stay was very relaxing.

We had booked 2 double bedrooms for around 300 EUR which was great value for money. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds very extremely comfortable and cosy and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was strong. Our rooms were on the second floor and were places across the hall from each other. This was very convenient as we were able to go back and forth from each other’s rooms with ease.

We arrived around 3:30pm with a very busy queue of other guests checking in but the reception staff dealt well with the pressure. We were checked in by Carlo who was very friendly, helpful and checked us in swiftly. Later that night, despite being busy, he stopped to chat to my mum at the bar and talked about our travels in Italy.

After we settled into our rooms, Mum and I headed to the bar for a few drinks. The bar staff were very friendly - Dexter, Melvin, Lance and William, who despite being only day 3 of the job, was doing very well. He noted that he normally does front des, u was doing bar/restaurant work that night. Later at dinner, our server Jack was also very friendly. The dinner was delicious - compliments to the chef.

Overall, great short stay at this hotel. 10/10 would stay again.

The hotel is quite central.

Staff were lovely, namely Carlo at the reception. Dexter , Mevin, Lance and Jack and Bar Manager William, they are really amazing people doing amazing job, a credit to Hilton Dublin!

The room was clean and comfortable just what we really needed.

The whole ambiance of the hotel was great!
