Took number of weeks to return deposit paid on arrival in addition to the room charge. Requested quite room but were put close to a function which disturbed sleep
I liked the room decor, the bathroom was nice
Pillows and mattress were both too hard for our liking. Interactions with staff definitely leave something to be desired, but staff overall in the Hilton’s I have stayed in haven’t been fantastic.
Bar is excellent after its recent renovation. Great service and nice Guinness. The manager Josephine was very helpful with regards to getting us an early check in also.
The whole ambience is second to none, a nice relaxing way to stay your day. Josephine has gone above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend, great location and great to be met with such great customer service.

Lovely hotel with fabulous reception staff. Allowed to check in early. Josephine was very friendly and helpful and organised a birthday surprise for myself as it was my 18th b/day trip. Very nice room and facilities.
The room was new, bed was comfortable but in the end that counted for very little as the a/c was broken and illuminated the whole room like a torch.
Bar was getting refurbished so no hot food.

Poor communication from staff regarding breakfast and the bars closed for refurbishment bit not communicated anywhere
I had a king superior room with a view of a wall and the bar was not open as being renovated.
The location was excellent close to tram links and walking distance to the shops and temple bar area.
The hotel was modern, clean with very friendly helpful staff
Not really a dislike but disappointed that the Hotel Bar was closed for a refurb but this did not really affect our trip as there was a good bar 100 yards away.
We were given an upgrade to our room, and also luckily got to check-in early which was genuinely brilliant! The room was really lovely and the comfiest bed I have ever stayed in at a hotel
