Breakfast was excellent and very varied. Room was clean,modern,a good size and well equipped. Bathroom was modern,clean and the shower was pretty good.
I came down for a bottle of water at around 11 pm and asked at reception. Reception told me to ask in the bar which was closed. I left with no water. I was disappointed that nobody was able to source a bottle of water in a four star hotel. Thankfully the maid left plenty of water the next day after I left a note.
Service was prima . In de eerste kamer was de douche niet goed schoon en we werden meteen naar een andere kamer verplaatst.
Is toch wel ver lopen vanaf centrum. Maar met de tram prima te doen.

The breakfast was good as well.
This hotel is advertised on Booking.com as soundproof, which justifies its price, but in reality, soundproofing is completely nonexistent. We booked 3 months in advance and requested a quiet room twice (online and at check-in). Instead, we got a room with an interconnecting wall door. We heard every word, TV show, and movement from the neighbors as if they were in our room. The next day we were moved to a room without an interconnecting door, but there was negligible improvement due to an absolute lack of insulation in the walls and corridor. Every single noise floods straight in, so this accommodation should be priced much cheaper.

Pas de passage « ménage » pour les chambres sur un séjour de plusieurs nuits. Nous avons dû interpeler une femme de ménage nous mêmes un matin.
