Insulting
Pros:

It reminded me of the old Hilton atmosphere, so at first I felt at ease. I have been a loyal and regular guest of the Hilton brand for the past 20 years.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the constant sense of corner cutting, combined with staff who were hesitant in communication, at times unhelpful, and in some cases openly rude, completely ruined the experience for me. The overall attitude felt dismissive, defensive, and lacking any accountability.

What made it worse was that after I posted a negative Google review, I received a call at 9pm on my final night offering the robe and flip flops that I had been told were unavailable throughout my stay. That felt less like service recovery and more like an afterthought, and frankly quite insulting.

It is a real shame to see such a well established brand undermined by poor management and questionable hiring standards.

Pros:

Pas grand-chose malheureusement. nous avions choisi spécifiquement cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport pour un départ matinal le lendemain et pour sa grande piscine. Or elle était hors service Depuis la veille. nous n'avons pas été informés ni par mail, ni lors de notre check-in, alors que nous avons rendu notre voiture de location en début d'après-midi pour profiter de l'après-midi à la piscine, c'est inacceptable. La Réceptionniste m'a accueilli sans un sourire en me regardant de la tête aux pieds d'un air méprisant il y avait des snacks d'accueil que j'ai dû réclamer quand je m'en suis aperçu. Le geste commercial pour compenser l'absence de piscine a consisté en un soi-disant surclassement dans une soi-disant plus belle chambre qui n'avait rien de plus niveau taille, ni niveau confort que l'autre à part une cafetière Senseo ,c'est du foutage de gueule. Ils nous ont proposé simplement un verre au bar. Et je vous dis pas comment j'ai dû batailler pour obtenir une compensation du réceptionniste qui tirait la gueule au lieu de s'excuser. Bref, les pannes ça arrive mais la moindre des choses c'est d'avertir les clients et de proposer une compensation. C'est dommage car la piscine avait l'air très grande . Le sauna et hammam fonctionnait en revanche .Sinon les lits doubles sont de petite taille ne vous attendez pas à des king size. Ah oui j'oubliais après coup le service client m'a offert des points sur un compte fidélité Hilton dont je ne me servirai jamais.
