Pros:

Posizione eccellente, a 10 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto. Per me fondamentale visto che avevo il volo la mattina presto. Lo staff della reception è stato molto gentile ad offrirmi una camera migliore di quella che avevo prenotato. Viaggiavo con mio figlio e avevo prenotato una camera con il letto matrimoniale, ma vedendo che eravamo in due ce ne hanno data una con due letti enormi (opzione che non avevo scelto perché più cara)

Cons:

Riscontrato che in bagno c'erano asciugamani per una sola persona ho dovuto chiedere per due volte altri asciugamani.
Camera molto cara. Purtroppo Edimburgo è una città molto costosa.

Wouldn’t choose to stay again there are better airport hotels near by where guests are put front and foremost!

Expensive for it is! Very noisy at night and I am aware it’s an airport hotel but didn’t sleep due to excessive noise in the corridors all night. Reception staff at check out were not interested in that one bit. Plus we didn’t get our alarm call. Which thankfully wasn’t necessary on our part. When I mentioned in the morning the receptionist just said she had a computer problem that’s definitely not a guest issue and measures should be put in place for technical issues surely. In fact she fobbed me off by saying just drop my key in box and leave basically. Not good enough for the price charge. Food average but very over priced.

Noisy and loud

Cons:

We couldn’t sleep the first night because the noise from the family in the room next to us was so amplified in our room, maybe it was connected to a family room because there was a locked adjoining door in our room. It only stopped after 03.00 am when they checked out for their flight which we heard. We had to get up at 6am so we didn’t sleep much. Next night was fine
