Family overnight stay
Pros:

Check in and out went well. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It would have been more convenient if we could have walked to the airport. It's very expensive for a family to eat here.

Quiet hotel between airport and city center connected by bus.

Fairly clean and quiet

Cons:

not that close to the airport but a bus stop nearby to go to the center and back to the airport, although still a good walk. Not the best if you have big luggage to carry

Welcoming, friendly and perfect for a one night layover
Pros:

Location was excellent, easy accessible by walking or taking the complimentary shuttle bus.
Check in was excellent, fast, very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

I tried to order room service and the order would not go through so i called and no one answerd.

Great location, big room

Cons:

I understand that airport hotels are pricey, but I expect better for the price we paid. Toilet flush worked poorly, reception was asked to solve the issue, but nothing happened. Also, I asked for a second duvet with a duvet cover, but I was given only an uncovered duvet that I couldn’t use.
Inconvenience on top - you can’t pay cash or card at the bar, only put tab on the room, while our stay they had issues and we had to talk to receptionist and bar and lost our time

Not worth the money, is a 2 star at best.

Cons:

Huge queue to get checked in. Was told we were upgraded to a King room. Room was manky, bed was only a double , teaspoons were filthy never washed. Only one hand towel and one peppermint teabag. Had to ask for more. Kept awake for around an hour in the night whilst the bed linen was delivered to the store outside our room. Bed was awful, solid and duvet rattled like a crisp bag. £220 quid for the pleasure and no one on reception when we left however if you liked you could take a free apple as compensation 😂
