Not a great experience
Cons:

My low score relates to our arrival. We arrived on a late flight and expected to see a clear sign for the hotel shuttlebus but we could only find one for the other airport hotels. I tried calling the hotel for info but got no answer. We were actually lucky to see a lone taxi in the airport dropoff zone and reluctantly the driver took us the very short distance to the hotel.for £20 (We had lots of luggage and it was raining hard). The next morning we tried to get the bus back to the terminal and was advised it should arrive in about 15 mins. We did see a bus eventully but it was signed for the a distant car park so we let it go. It turned out to be the shuttlebus. It would have been helpful if the staff could have given us some more information. Ultimately we had to walk with our luggage in the pouring rain to the terminal to catch our coach home. Overall this was not the experience we were expecting.

Die zentrale Lage, der Flughafen Shuttle und die Busverbindungen. Das reichhaltige Frühstück war ein besonderes Highlight.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht und die Matratzen schon etwas abgelegen.

Good family room near the airport
Pros:

Great family room, cookies at check in were a nice touch. Good shuttle bus to the terminal although still a short walk.

Cons:

A little noisy but to be expected.

A great hotel for airport access and great VFM.
Pros:

Overall great value for money. The Room was very clean and very comfortable. We had a really good night sleep. The bar was welcome for cosy drinks and it was reasonable price for an airport hotel. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good. The leisure facilities here were exceptional for the price range we paid. We didn't have enough time to take advantage but we will stay again and make more time to be in the hotel. Within walking distance of the airport with a regular free shuttle stopping right at the door.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like but it was a shame there wasn't a fridge in the room.

Cons:

The radiator heating didn't work. We tried to call reception a number of times but no one answered. When we went down, they didn't have any extra blankets but offered us a small oil heater.
The bed sheets were torn.
