The location to the NEC
Expensive Bar meals
Convenient for NEC and comfortable.
Nice clean hotel.
Everything was fine air con worked well and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great with a wide range of choice.
The evening meal in the bar/restaurant was awful. The choice was a bare minimum and the chicken spritzel I ordered not only tasted like a brick but had the consistency of one to boot.
Its proximity to the NEC and that was all
The room was absolutely freezing with broken / not working air con / heating . Called down 4 times to ask for a blanket or extra cover - nothing. Tiny old heater provided that has a cable so short it couldn’t reach any plug - just really rubbish
Great selection. Would have been nice to have a nut selection.
Bathroom was tired
Location was perfect for the NEC!!
Was charged £34 for a fishfinger sandwich and chips. The sandwich was just 2 fishfingers in-between unbuttered dry toast. The chips were so soggy they were inedible.
The room was not very clean. The floor was also sticky in places.
Being charged for parking on top of a £235 room rate was excessive as well.
The carpark is pitted with some very deep potholes, would recommend driving with caution especially at night.
Brilliant stay, lovely clean hotel, the room was lovely and big for a family, even had a bath in the room, fab for visiting the NEC as signed walk way to there not under cover though! swimming pool lovely(be mindful to book though as can be busy, which you can do before by calling or from your room) changing facilities fab! Food was nice in the restaurant, amazing breakfast selection! Parking was fab nice and close to hotel entrance and you pay when you leave (discount for hotel overnight stay) the disabled parking was literally outside if needed to know, lifts everywhere, staff a delight.
Would definitely stay again just for the breakfast 😂
Nothing really, it was lovely!
