Please note the executive lounge is for guests aged older than 18 years only, alcohol is served from 17:30 to 19:30 daily.

Swimming Pool Policy & Booking Process:

- An adult must be in the water in the pool/jacuzzi at all times with junior guests who are under the age of 16

- An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 junior guests aged under 16

- Children aged under 8 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room.

- Booking the pool and wet leisure areas in advance is highly recommended. You can either visit the club when you arrive at the hotel to book or call the LivingWell Team on 01217806359 to make a booking

- The last entry to the pool and wet leisure areas is 60 minutes prior to closing time, and facilities close 15 minutes before closing time

Pros:

Great location. Room and bed were really good

Cons:

Table bases were filthy in the bar area. Night time bar staff really slow service. Breakfast not worth the money

Cons:

I got fed up with sending wine glasses back because they had lipstick-lip gloss on them. One glass even had 2 different colours on it!!! I also had issues with my good order (I got a sirloin when I paid for a fillet - by the time my fillet came out my original fries which they took away were cold) by this point I was just fed up and hungry having been at the expo all day I just needed refueling

Pros:

The breakfast was average. There was alot of variety but a little bland.

Cons:

The electrics in our room blew twice in the 24 hours we were there. Maintenance did come and fix it quickly.

The room was warm

Cons:

Staff took to much time to get me a robe and slipper whoch ideally should have been in the room. Needed 3 calls to get them sent.
The window view was awful
Too expensive for a small room with no fridge
The lobby was noisy and no other place to rest and read
