Good breakfast, poor nights sleep
Pros:

Stayed here this past week with work. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a room with a king sized bed which was a nice touch.

The room itself was ok, but it was very hot and the air con didn't work. It made lots of noise so I just switched it off.

The bed itself was comfy but the pillows were awful causing me to have poor nights sleep.

I ate in the hotel, but the main restaurant was closed so had to eat in the little cafe to the side. The menu was limited and when the food arrived whilst it was ok, a burger a chips priced at £22 wasn't worth it!

Breakfast in the morning however was brilliant. Lots of choice and all fresh. Orange juice chilled and tasty. Nice coffee and freshly baked pastries

Great clean, comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Hotel is great and if you are visiting the NEC then the location is great, lots of parking. However, if you are not planning to be at the NEC then there's little going on around the site. There are some restaurants and shops but these are limited.

The staff were attentive
The drinks in the bar were stunning
The breakfast was beautiful.
The sauna/steam room/ swimming pool were lovely.

Pros:

The stair well. Good selection of teas and coffees.

Cons:

Too many people all around. No complimentary biscuits. The kettle seemed broken, wouldn't switch off, I had to turn it off at the wall when it was boiling.

Nice comfy rooms - make sure you get a parking code
Pros:

Comfy room with "balcony". Couldn't fault the room in any way. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Mumbling checkin staff member who didn't give me a parking discount code.
Main bar closed so had queues to order at the refreshments kiosk
