Please note the executive lounge is for guests aged older than 18 years only, alcohol is served from 17:30 to 19:30 daily.

Swimming Pool Policy & Booking Process:

- An adult must be in the water in the pool/jacuzzi at all times with junior guests who are under the age of 16

- An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 junior guests aged under 16

- Children aged under 8 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room.

- Booking the pool and wet leisure areas in advance is highly recommended. You can either visit the club when you arrive at the hotel to book or call the LivingWell Team on 01217806359 to make a booking

- The last entry to the pool and wet leisure areas is 60 minutes prior to closing time, and facilities close 15 minutes before closing time

A comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Large hotel in great location for the Arena. Had a very comfortable stay for one night. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of a bit of an update in my opinion. The bathroom in our room especially.

Great stay - would definitely book again.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Good location - very close to BP Live arena and train station.
Helpful concierge staff.

Cons:

Food orders took quite a while to arrive and the coffee shop was not staffed at all times it was open.

I have to say nothing at all.

Cons:

I stayed 1 night was charged nearly €350 with no breakfast included. The room was the size of a shoebox.

Offered a new room and 2 drink tokens for the inconvenience of a leaking room, with no working loo!
Pros:

My room was fine, adjacent to my daughters but her room had major issues on check in. Breakfast was fabulous!

Cons:

Daughters room had a room that was leaking water through the ceiling, a loo that didn't flush and a high pitched buzzing noise - possibly due to the water ingress. She was then moved to another room at the far end of the floor.

Good location and good value breakfast. Let down by size of room to accommodate 3 people

Cons:

Three people sharing room. Only facilities in room were for 2 people ( 2 cups , 2 tea spoons 2 waters) Room not actually large enough to fit double bed + sofa bed. Person using sofa bed had no way to get to bed without clambering over bed. Really not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
