Swimming Pool Policy & Booking Process:

- An adult must be in the water in the pool/jacuzzi at all times with junior guests who are under the age of 16

- An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 junior guests aged under 16

- Children aged under 8 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room.

- Booking the pool and wet leisure areas in advance is highly recommended. You can either visit the club when you arrive at the hotel to book or call the LivingWell Team on 01217806359 to make a booking

- The last entry to the pool and wet leisure areas is 60 minutes prior to closing time, and facilities close 15 minutes before closing time

Cheap and convenient. Comfortable and safe stay.
Pros:

Parking, convenient for music venue. Clean and good value for money. Felt safe walking at night, comfortable beds and very restful night.

Cons:

I arrived after 2100 and was put in a room in the conference centre block. The aircon did not work neither did the desk lamp and the bedside light was intermittent. The cover plate to the peep hole was missing. Given the open aspect to this room and the shower location I thought this was particularly poor.

A perfect stay where all needs are catered for, staff simply could not do enough for you.
Pros:

The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Pulse Live. The times available to obtain a meal is the best I have ever experienced in any hotel. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I cannot praise them enough from the bar staff to the reception and the waiters. They all had a smile. The breakfast catered for gluten free and once again went out of their way to assist even to making my toast. The rooms catered for everything even an iron and ironing board.

Cons:

This is very petty but the only thing I think could be improved is to have maybe biscuits to go with the tea and coffee in the rooms and maybe hot chocolate.

Great sized room on quiet floor , decent breakfast variety

Cons:

Unable to use pool as you had to pre book, not made aware of this upon booking hotel. It’s a huge hotel so Breakfast “expedience” is for the brave (extremely busy and noisy).

The exchange room we were given was pleasant, it overlooked part of the lake. The wet room looked like it had been refurbished, but as soon as we used the sink it took at least 20 minutes for the water to drain away, so given this fact how did the cleaner prior to us using this room not notice this when they cleaned the sink, a I did report it to a cleaner in the hallway and he said he reported it to maintenance. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The first room we were given was right behind the lifts and all you could hear was the lifts going up and down ( I’m partially deaf) so goodness knows what it would have been like for someone who isn’t. On top of that the room was like A dark hole they needed to pay me to stay in that room! All you could see out of the window was roof top tucked in a corner. Would be better used as a storage room. It won’t be as this room has a refurbished wet room. When I complained they didn’t hesitate to change the room for us, so clearly they are used to complaints about this room.😏☹️
