DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge

This review is aimed at the Living Well Health Club within the Hotel. I couldn't recommend this Gym highly enough. The apparatus is of a good standard offering everything needed to help with fitness and in my case weight loss. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Fay who is always happy and helpful and gives me that little extra push to get to my personal goal. After my workout in the gym it's great to have an unwinding swim in the pool followed by a relaxing sauna. Keep up the great work guys and see you again soon.

Just wanted to say the lady in the gym think her name was Fay was very helpful and always very professional. I would highly recommend her.
When we first arrived they had a very limited menu, not many healthy options and it always differed in consistency.
The cleaners were all very helpful and polite but the some of the staff on the front desk were a little hard to deal with. Didn't seem overly happy most of the time and to be honest I tried Avoiding them as much as possible. Going back to the gym and pool area, seemed a little tired and out dated. I went to use the steam room and it smelt like damp and mouldy like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and there were signs of dirt on the floor which wasn't very pleasant.
All in all if give the hotel an overall 5/10

I am a member of the wellness club and the service from Faye and her team is exceptional. Faye especially has good customer service and she has really helped me with my weight loss goals. I will recommend the wellness centre to friends and family now. I appreciate her work with the team.

The title says it all. We've stayed here several times now for one night stop-overs. It's so conveniently located and has great facilities and a nice restaurant. The rooms are spacious and we'll-equipped. The staff are also excellent. Particular thanks on this occasion to Anastasia and Ish on reception and Ashley in the bar. Extremely friendly and very professional. They are all a credit to the Hilton brand.

We came to check in this evening with Ish, Genuinely amazed by the service we’d received today, our family has been coming to this location for years. However today has been made the most memorable. A profound member of the team, Very big well done.

Was a disaster from the start. Very mis leading site indicating a price of £110 per room per night, 2 nights were £660 due to extreme 'costs'.vi have challenged this and been met with silence. I was followed around the breakfast restaurant by a gestapo office watching everything i put on my plate which was weird in the extreme. Said officer was no where to be seen in the evening where Latvian call girls where hanging around the reception, lifts and toilets . Absolute disgrace

I had a really pleasant experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, calm, and well organised. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made my stay feel easy and relaxed.

I’d like to give a special thank you to Anastasia for her support and warm welcome. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made a real difference to my experience. Her professionalism combined with a friendly, caring approach stood out and made me feel truly valued as a guest.

It’s always refreshing to encounter staff who go the extra mile to make people feel comfortable, and Anastasia certainly did that. Thank you for making my stay a positive one — I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Our charity community group hold annual fund raising events at least twice per year. 2025 was no exception.

Essex Malawi Association (EMA) jointly with Kent Malawi Association held their annual Christmas Dinner Dance at this hotel.

Very convenient place to get to with easy access to major roads including M25, M2 and A2. Very central place.

Ample parking outside, you just need to enter your car registration number at hotel reception and its all free. There is a charge for overnight parking. Just ask hotel reception for rates of the day.

Wonderful experience for our family and friends. As a venue I would highly recommend it.

I would like to thank Raju who works behind the scenes in the conference suite. He is always so helpful and polite. He is a very hard worker, who is diligent in helping customers to the best of his ability. I am sure that he will progress quickly in his career.

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge for three nights over Christmas with my wife, our three young children, my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

What really stood out was the people. In a time when hospitality can feel quite transactional, especially around London and the South East, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Every single member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It felt like proper hospitality rather than a scripted process, which makes a huge difference when travelling as a large family with young children.

The Food & Beverage team were exceptional. Mihaela, the Assistant Manager, was an absolute force of nature. She was working in the bar on Christmas Day when we ate and was a delight, alongside the excellent Ashwin. We then saw Mihaela leading every breakfast service we attended, including the very busy 9–9:30am period when the restaurant was absolutely full of families. Despite the pressure, she led her team calmly and professionally. I’ve seen many teams struggle in those circumstances, but this one coped admirably.

Breakfast service was supported by the lovely and hardworking Farzana, along with Alex, Violeta, and Bipanan, all of whom were friendly, efficient, and unfailingly polite even during the busiest moments.

Front of House were equally impressive. Evie gave us a wonderfully warm welcome and went out of her way to make our children feel special, particularly our nearly five-year-old son, who was thrilled that she shared her name with a Pokémon. Costin, Thushy, and Caitlin were also fantastic, friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about what they do.

Housekeeping was excellent too. Dorina, the housekeeping supervisor, was charming and professional, and our rooms were spotless throughout our stay.

The pool was a great bonus for the children, and the booking system worked well even with many families staying at the hotel at the same time.

Every member of staff we encountered was superb, and it’s their warmth and professionalism that really made this stay memorable. We would happily return and would strongly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for genuine hospitality and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Nice hotel, located near Dartford Tunnel/ Communication was very good, and staff very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of selection.
Reasonable size swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Had a great stay at the Doubletree by hilton dartford bridge. The Health Club is really nice, well maintained, and a great place to relax. The Health Club staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The restaurant staff were also excellent, providing great service and making us feel well looked after.

Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay again.

Went to the restaurant for a meal. Rubyann was very attentive and gave great service. She was ace! What wasn't great was paying 10 pounds for one bit of cheese on toast! At least my server was worth it. I'd go for the service but not the extortionate food prices.

Anastasia was very friendly and kind, she took her time and helped me to look for my colleague's lost &find item and delivered it to my room. Staff at bar&restaurant also very nice, good selection of drinks and lovely food. The only down side was noise from a big group of guests, they concurred everywhere and corridors in the building which was just bad luck
