Холодное отношение, хамство и грубость в обслуживании, в номере не работали телевизор, телефон, а так же на второй день потёк кондиционер, при каждом обращении и просьбе, на ресепшине бурно реагировали и назвали нас конфликтными, не согласованность в действиях администрации между гостиницей и террасой, которая находится при гостинице. Это вылилось на нас, как клиентов Букинг кома, за послеобеденный чай и кофе в агрессивной форме, что мы не оплачивали за чай и кофе, хотя на ресепшине нам говорили, что мы можем пить бесплатно, т.к в номере не было электрочайника. Мы оплатили всё по счету, что мы пили вне завтрака, но нас возмущает такое отношение к нам лично за не корректность тона, отсутствие уважения как к клиенту и полное отсутствие профессионализма в гостиничном деле. В данной гостинице существует своя система оплаты по тарифу, в обход Вашего сайта. Мы делали резерв на Вашем сайте, но оплачивали тариф по их цене, нас это устроило. Видимо, у них есть такая практика использовать Ваш сайт для привлечения клиентов. Не рекомендуем останавливаться в этой гостинице никому, другим гостям.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. In a really good location - walking distance to main sights. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff are nice too.

Breakfast isn't great, room was quite dark, nothing in fridge, they didn't clean the room everyday

There is inconsistency between the booking says versus what's the actual state.
Choose it if you want to see and feel how the hotels were during Soviet era. unless I’m forced to I’d avoid staying at this hotel again
The room was big and had a nice view out the front. I like the location and the staff worked hard to accommodate our needs.
