The best stay I ever had
Pros:

I really had a blast with my kids and grandkids I would recommend my friends to rent a room from here,

Cons:

The comfortable bed I sleep like a new born baby, and the price is very great and the breakfast is off the chain.

Had a problem with the bathroom. My wife is disabled and we had an accessible room, but the shower chair would not adjust and when we used it, water ran out of the tub and all over the bathroom. When we called down for towels and help cleaning the mess, it took someone 30 minutes to bring us two hand towels. I had asked of towels and a mop, did not come. I tried to soak up the water with towels and rung in the tub, but we had to leave to go to the hospital. We told the desk about the issue as we were leaving and when we returned five hours later, nothing had been done. I went back to the desk and all he did was give me some more towels which I finally dried the floor. We normally stay at Holiday Inns, but for the price we paid which was a bit much compared to other hotels in the area, not a great experience. I asked for the manager and still have not heard a word.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel staff were friendly, attentive and the check-in process was very fast. The kitchen area was clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and I loved the pancake machine 😋

Cons:

There were very noisy neighbors in the room next to mine and management made several attempts to make contact with them, but they ignored both the phone and the knocks on their door from management. While I am happy that management made attempts to resolve the issue for me, I feel that perhaps a fee should be added to any guest that is disruptive to other guests , especially after certain hours of the night. Management offered to move me to another room, however I declined because I was already settled in and didnt want to be inconvenienced.

This hotel's guests mainly consists of traveling business contractors who drive large commercial vehicles which take up lots of space in the parking lot.

These were my only negative experience during my stay.
