Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Room was generally clean, A/C was solid. Breakfast was nice, not much variations but sufficient.

Cons:

The rooms are beginning to show some wear. Stains on the chaise lounge, some stains on the carpeting. Sound/music levels from next door, at 4:30AM, was disturbing. Some scratching graffiti on the elevator's doors. The removal of the coffee machine in the room made it less convenient. The toilet was loose, the toilet was not scrubbed totally leaving blue cleaner in the bowl, the toilet paper holder was not tightly attached to the wall.

Mixed business with pleasure at a very convenient location.
Pros:

I had to meet with clients in Temecula and Murrieta. This location was very convenient and practical. It was close to restaurants and to Old Town Temecula. It allowed us to enjoy our free time between client visits. Also, access to a printer at no charge was very helpful. I had to make some revisions and print the documents. It was a life saver! Breakfast was also very good.

Can't think of anything negative to say.

An Average hotel experience.
Pros:

Average not as good as other Holiday Inn expresses I have stayed at. Consistently out of coffee during the breakfast hours, empty serving dishes were not replenished for 30 minutes or more even though, a young woman was standing by to do just that.

Cons:

The carpet in the hotel room had not been vacuumed and was stained. Reception staff seemed to lack training and professional behavior.

I would recommend this for great value and comfort. More so if you travel with young kids. good food
Pros:

This property location is exceptionally good. Clean and comfortable place to stay. When we complained about guests disturbing footsteps on the upper floor, they immediately acted on it and thus we were able to sleep in peace. The breakfast is tummy filling, a well balanced breakfast: protein and carbs.

Cons:

None. Keep up the good job !

Other than the two things I mentioned above, staff was friendly and facilities were clean. I would consider staying here

Cons:

The flush lever in the toilet had to be held down for all the bowl water to go down. The shower water pressure was a but low.

Pros:

The breakfast option at the hotel

Cons:

Booking.com had misleading photos of this property which was very upsetting, becauae the price was too much for 1 night without the pool attraction that was online. I would actually like to speak with someone in regards to this issue.

Daughter and I stayed for the night. We had court in the morning. Thought we’d enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi pool and Jacuz
