Pros:

The room was clean and smelled good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a pretty good hotel. Nice rooms, great bedding. Great amenities (gym, laundry, pool, etc.) and decent breakfast for a hotel in this price category. Free coffee & tea all day in the lobby.

Cons:

The hotel's premises are very noisy from the adjacent freeway. Ask for a room away from the freeway as they are somewhat quieter. The coffee in the lobby / at breakfast is too watered down.

The best stay I ever had
Pros:

I really had a blast with my kids and grandkids I would recommend my friends to rent a room from here,

Cons:

The comfortable bed I sleep like a new born baby, and the price is very great and the breakfast is off the chain.

Had a problem with the bathroom. My wife is disabled and we had an accessible room, but the shower chair would not adjust and when we used it, water ran out of the tub and all over the bathroom. When we called down for towels and help cleaning the mess, it took someone 30 minutes to bring us two hand towels. I had asked of towels and a mop, did not come. I tried to soak up the water with towels and rung in the tub, but we had to leave to go to the hospital. We told the desk about the issue as we were leaving and when we returned five hours later, nothing had been done. I went back to the desk and all he did was give me some more towels which I finally dried the floor. We normally stay at Holiday Inns, but for the price we paid which was a bit much compared to other hotels in the area, not a great experience. I asked for the manager and still have not heard a word.
