Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Older but well maintained hotel very close to the airport. Beds are very comfortable, staff is attentive and friendly, restaurant was exceptionally good. Great value - highly recommended

Great Stay!
Pros:

Simply, great stay.
Front Office Manager (Tim H.) greeted us immediately upon arrival into hotel. Tim selected us the Perfect Room based on our request. Tim very friendly, personable, and most importantly helpful.
Hotel is modern and very updated (meaning very clean). Built solid = great night sleep. Never heard any planes or even people inside hotel, again provided a great night sleep.
Perfect location if using airport. Even great location to downtown Cincinnati, as only took us less than 15 minutes to go downtown on a Saturday night.
Front Office Manager Tim also worked the day of our departure. Nice to see a smiling face and knowing everything was perfect with our stay.

My go-to hotel for visiting family for the holidays
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location for us to hop on a flight and see family for the holidays! Rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly, and beds are always comfy. Can't say enough good things about this Marriot. Two thumbs-up staff!

Great Experience

Overall, I had a great experience at the Hotel. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. Their breakfasts are delicious and portions are huge.

The location is great and the hotel is very quiet.Despite being right by the airport

Cons:

This is a beautiful older classic Marriott property and has traditionally been very upscale and nicely kept. However, it is now filthy. The carpets need to be cleaned. The room furniture is all beat up. And it's just dirty my room had cobwebs, drips of liquids on the furniture and the walls, toothpaste on the bathroom floor and more-- it's beginning to look shabby and worn it needs an upgrade. Disappointing.

There was a card in our room that, if you scanned the QR code supplied, took me to Aurayga.com. i thought I needed to fill out the questions in order to get the food menu, but, it directed me to A YOGA SITE!!! Now, uh!! I just wanted to get dinner!! Check your QR codes.
I do believe this should be refunded.

BTW, since THAT wasn't successful, we walked over to the Bar & Kitchen and enjoyed one of the best meals and best service of our entire 10 day trip. They are certainly an asset to your hotel.

Pros:

Dishonest billing for conference room. The restaurant is dirty with slow service. Breakfast order was forgotten. Issues with room heating. Look elsewhere.

Pros:

A/C did not work well. I was only there a few hours since I arrived late and had an early flight. The room was hot and I did not sleep well at all. The mattress was worn and lumpy. When I explained my concern to receptionist she had the slightest care. I was tired and had a long trip and didn’t want to argue.
