Stench in room, no ventilation fan.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The whole room reeked of some kind of stink. First day I thought it was from the smoke outside, the second day.I was bare footed and noticed the carpet was wet. So I think it may of been mildew!! The first day I noticed there was not a ventilation fan in the restroom. The hotel was rated excellent and i feel that my experience was poor. I’ve stayed at lower rated hotels with a more pleasant stay. I was disappointed.

For exploring Washington DC a great place to stay
Pros:

Friendly staff. Complimentary shuttle service is really great. 3 mile radius coverage

Lovely stay and very comfortable beds. Clean rooms that have been updated.
Pros:

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was really clean. The coffee was fantastic.

Cons:

The breakfast left a bit to be desired and the gym only had one working treadmill. Probably one of the worst hotel gyms I have seen.

Large Suite style room. Plenty of places to put our misc stuff.

Cons:

Too dark at night, need some sort of nightlight to find the bathroom.
Toilet much too low for old folks like us, like sitting on the floor.

EXCEPTIONAL! Great place to stay.
Pros:

The room is exceptionally comfortable and clean. Bathroom is nice too. Breakfast was good. And the staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to check-in and we were accommodated for our early check-in request. Free transport service within 3 miles around the hotel was the best. Some restaurants and coffee shops are available around the area. And the location is close to some shopping centre and department stores too. And just 10mins away from the airport.
