Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Generally clean rooms and beds reported frequently, but a few mentions of hygienic shortcomings and carpeted corridors lower the score.
Service
9
Staff described as very friendly and helpful in multiple reviews; check-in and staff interactions are consistently positive.
Location
9.2
Repeatedly praised as very central, quiet with a park view, and well connected to U‑bahn and city centre; excellent location overall.
Room Quality
7.4
Rooms are often described as small with limited bathroom space; some problems reported (noisy AC, poor third bed configuration, occasional maintenance issues).
Amenities
8
Air conditioning, lobby shop, breakfast and parking options available; some negatives like noisy AC and slow elevators mentioned.
Value for Money
8.8
Many guests highlight a very good price-to-quality ratio and favourable rates; a few notes about extra local/tourist charges or event-related price increases.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast frequently described as good or outstanding for the price, though some mention it can be expensive if not prebooked.
Overall Experience
7
Overall stays are positive for many guests (would return), but recurring issues (small rooms, occasional hygiene/maintenance and noisy AC) temper the overall score.
