La chambre est spacieuse et le lit hyper confortable
Nous avons utilisé le service de lavage de vêtements. Un t-shirt a été complètement détruit et un autre t-shirt blanc taché n’a pas bu les taches disparaître ( ce n’était pas des taches tenaces) donc je ne recommande pas d’utiliser leur service . De plus lors du Check out ils n’ont pas voulu faire de gestes. Nous avons payé malgré tout. Ils ont juste dit we are sorry.

The room was as expected, so was the balcony. The area was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was really good, the restaurant was beautiful and recently renovated.
The reception staff was cold and not necessarily welcoming. It seems like it's a hotel more suited for business trips rather than couples or leisure trip. Upon arrival they did not give us any usual recommendations (neither to inform us about the breakfast hours or hotel amenities), and our keys were not ready. And when you arrive you first get body searched (like at an airport) before they even say "welcome". It was really disconcerting.

Shower didn’t drain well and breakfast was ok
the hotel is in a quiet and clean part of the city. bottles of water was provided daily. staff was very friendly. wading pool was clean and towels were provided.
the age of the hotel could be seen, if you look hard enough. some repairs are surely needed. the hotel restaurant hosts parties, weddings etc. it could get loud especially during weekends. the pool is only good enough for wading. not proper swimming.
The staff and the overall hotel experience was just perfect.
