Pros:

Clean and some staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were extremely hot and the only way to cool it down was open a window that opened about 4 inches which as you can imagine made no difference especially as there was no wind outside. Hotel is classed as dog friendly but would class it more as “Dog Tolerant”… you aren’t allowed to leave your dog in the hotel room, but you also aren’t allowed to bring your dog into breakfast. You can sit in the lobby and eat but if you are a solo traveller with your dogs, who is minding your dogs whilst you go and get food? Makes no sense.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Bedroom was like a cupboard and was very dark, mirror covered up by TV to fit it in, no room to move comfortably between furnoturez inly one bedside table and tight space for gettibg into that side of the bed, should be for sigle person! Very warm on room also, and we had mould in our bathroom.

Pros:

Duty manager could and did solve any problems, much appreciated. Helpful housekeeping.
Handy for excellent botanical gardens, recommended.

Cons:

Very noisy nights from (student) parties.
Very limited parking as part of upper floor of supermarket next door. That should be made much more clear in booking information as it is charged.

Pros:

Great location, with great staff.

Cons:

Rooms are looking dated, carpet lifting on the 2nd floor trip hazard.
Accessibility room is as far away as you can be on 2nd floor next to the service lift. Which is noise especially if you are sitting on the toilet.

Clean, comfortable bed in a fantastic location with parking
Pros:

The sheets feel lovely and clean, the bed is very comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent location. Parking nearby is really handy.

Cons:

The crack in the bathroom sink. And how long it took to check in. The hotel is like a slightly more upmarket Premier Inn I’d say.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable . It was well placed for where we were going . We didn't have breakfast .

Cons:

We parked across the road on the Waitrose car park which is very convenient and reasonably priced . When I went to check out I asked at reception that everything had been paid by the credit card that I had left when I checked in. Fortunately I asked for a printed receipt which showed they hadn't taken the payment for the 2 nights on the car park.

Good value for money
Cons:

I think my expectations were too high. The hotel is a little tired. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice, staff were friendly enough. I would go back.

Nice place in Glasgow westend
Pros:

Comfy, clean room in a great location in the west end. Close to dining out and shops overlooking the botanical gardens. Good bed and pillows with great room amenities.

Cons:

The parking was a bit of a hit and miss affair as it has limited spots and are shared. This wasn't a massive problem for us as we were generally out and about.

Cons:

Keine sauberen Zimmer. Klospülung kaputt. Hotellobby ebenfalls nicht wirklich sauber. Frühstück sehr einseitig.
