Quality hotel situated in a great location close to bars and reataurants
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy and all the provided items worked, the iron, kettle and hairdryer. The room was on the first floor so was easily accessible by the lift. We stayed on a Sunday evening, so the on street parking was free until 8am. The full English breakfast available at the buffet was tasty and not greasy as can be the norm. It is located close to bars and restaurants, with a Waitrose supermarket just across the road.

Cons:

We came back late and had an expectation that the bar would still be open for residents, it was closed, however we hadn’t checked beforehand and had to visit the bar opposite, so not a huge concern.

An overpriced hotel with dated decor, great location in the westend though
Pros:

The location is great and the size of the room was spacious

Cons:

Its very dated, the decor is old and the bathrooms arent nice, they need to be upgraded.
Its expensive for what it is.

Great location and bar, otherwise I’d stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The location, the BeGIN bar.

Cons:

The bed - hard mattress.
The breakfast - not great quality
The smell in the bedroom corridor… heavily of cloves. All right if you like that sort of thing I guess.

Cons:

confusion with the parking. We parked as instructed in a space which was not "reserved" or "waitrose". Later we booked an extra night and told reception. We left the car 2 days and received one note from the hotel on the back window saying we were parked in a hotel space (which proves we were in a hotel space) , and an annoying sticky note on the driver side passenger window which the manager said that was done by one of the apartment residents, and it was our fault for blocking them. It took 20 minutes to remove.

Otima localização, com elevador
Pros:

Great location, considering my travel goals. There’s a good supermarket right next door and plenty of dining options, plus a subway station nearby. It’s an older hotel but well-maintained. It has an elevator, which is a huge plus if you have heavy luggage. I felt it was definitely worth it and would stay here again
